Station infoboxes

[edit]

Hi! I have undone your edits on several YHT stations due to the fact that you have replaced the services with the corresponding railway. This is incorrect, as explained on the templates info page. The "Line" part of the infobox is for train services that stop at the station. The reason why they are shown as railways on European pages is due to the fact that there are too many individual railway services to list (and their corresponding pages on wikipedia do not exist), therefore the trunk railway is written. A good example of the proper utilization would Penn Station (Newark), Jamaica (LIRR station) or any railway station in the US and Canada. Japanese railway stations also list the train services. Best regards. (Central Data Bank (talk) 10:52, 26 October 2017 (UTC))[reply]

OK, my mistake. Sorry for that. Nezo90 (talk) 18:08, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry about it! Cheers! (Central Data Bank (talk) 12:25, 27 October 2017 (UTC))[reply]

Merger

[edit]

Thanks for suggesting the merger of Güvercinlik Yard with Marşandiz Yard! I must have created Güvercinlik Yard years ago and forgotten it existed. My bad. Thanks again! (Central Data Bank (talk) 18:56, 1 November 2017 (UTC))[reply]

Don't worry, you're welcome. Happy that it was helpfull :) Best. Nezo90 (talk) 20:36, 1 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sources

[edit]

Hi, Nezo90. I was looking to review Emirdağ YHT railway station for New Page Patrol, but this article appears to be unreferenced. External links usually means friendly suggestions, but I wondered if in this case you meant sources? If so, can you change the heading to 'Sources' or 'References' to make it clear? Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 20:04, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please answer this? Boleyn (talk) 10:09, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, sorry for the delay. Actually I hesitated to call it source or reference. It will be constructed as part of the project that is described in the link but the page needs update and there is no text in the english version. I will change it to 'Sources' with the hope the page will be updated in the future. Can you please tell me if this is ok ? Best, Nezo90 (talk) 11:10, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for getting back to me. It sounds like it isn't your source; where did you get the information you added to the article from? It doesn't matter if it is a non-English source. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 12:08, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, in fact it isn't but I thought that putting a link to an official institution's website would be better, but unfortunately not up-to-date. I've found the information in local newspapers' and one 'railnews' websites with reports from dialogues with the Minister of Transport. I will put one of these then. Best, Nezo90 (talk) 13:41, 18 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
