This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the article that I am putting together is an objective view based on the social media site BiggerPockets. Not unlike that of Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and many others, BiggerPockets is a social media site developed for a special interest group focused on real estate. The site provides opportunities for members to communicate, share information and provide educational experiences based on their own life experiences. BiggerPockets also publishes books, records webinars, and produces podcasts for anyone that wishes to access them.
Notably the BiggerPockets books rank in the top 10 in Real Estate on Amazon, and in the top 10 for Business Podcasts. The BiggerPockets community consists of over 500,000 people.

I have moved this article into my own namespace draft and will continue to work on it there before sending it for review and publishing.
