Heino Bezuidenhout[edit]

Hello NikkCartwright. I took a look at your new article for Heino Bezuidenhout. Good job! As a member of Wikipedia:WikiProject Citation cleanup, I verified and expanded the details of the references in the article. They were fine, inasmuch as I was able to locate your sources, as a reader of the article might do. You might want to take a look at what I did to the code, just for your future use.

I also simplified the syntax of your wikilinks. If you're ever in the mood for some geeky reading material, here you go: Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Linking. I hope you enjoy contributing to Wikipedia, and decide to stay! Scottyoak2 (talk) 19:33, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Famousbirthdays.com as a source[edit]

Hi NikkCartwright . I noticed that you recently used famousbirthdays.com as a source for information in a biography article, Tara Pavlovic. Please note that there is general consensus that famousbirthdays.com does not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. (See Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_153#Is_famousbirthdays.com_a_reliable_source_for_personal_information). If you disagree, let's discuss it. Thanks. --Ronz (talk) 16:10, 2 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Why? Well I used some other articles too so why was the page deleted? NikkCartwright (talk)
The article was vandalized. I've fixed it, though it is almost certainly going to be deleted unless more and better references aren't added. --Ronz (talk) 16:19, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Melanie Wright[edit]

Also... I saw on my Facebook that Cole and Dylan Sprouse mother was listed as Melanie Wright, which comes up as a swimmer for Australia. However, her age is 31, while the boys age is 25, meaning, she must have given birth to them when she was 6? Is this correct? NikkCartwright (talk)

ArbCom 2018 election voter message[edit]

Hello, NikkCartwright. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
