Your recent edit to Sara Ramírez

Re: who is currently playing "The Lady of the Lake" in Spamalot; Marin Mazzie's website indicates that she is now playing the role, while Lauren Kennedy's website indicates she is no longer playing the role. The official website still indicates that Kennedy is in the role; but they might be running behind. What are your thoughts? I changed it back because your edit messed up the box (not because you were wrong). You can change it back, just make sure the box doesn't get messed up. Nikki311 19:11, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
Actually, it wasn't my edit. I was just noticing the revert, and got curious. Thanks! -- weirdoactor t|c 19:26, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

Kudos

Hey, just wanted to give you kudos and say thanks for your work on the Triple Crown Championship and the Grand Slam Championship in making the colors more visible. That makes the article a LOT better, as it's now much clearer to see who won as Smackdown, RAW, ECW, etc. Keep up the good work! Anakinjmt 07:28, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Amy Dumas

So why did you revert my correction? Maybe you'd like to check WP:EL#Links_normally_to_be_avoided . MySpace links are banned Except for a link to a page that is the subject of the article or an official page of the article subject—and not prohibited by restrictions on linking. If you read the policy you will no doubt find that restrictions on linking do not apply here. MySpace blogs are a no-no (at present) but MySpace pages link fine. Tranquility--ŞůṜīΣĻ¹98¹Speak 23:09, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

I undid your change to the Hunter (disambiguation) page again. Pipelinks on disambigs are to be avoided, and links to redirects that include the disambiguated word are preferred over direct links that don't. See WP:MOSDAB and WP:R for more. Thanks! -- JHunterJ 11:16, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

Rationales

Rationales must explain which article they are for and why that article requires this specific fair-use image. That is, how does it add meaningfully to the article, rather than just providing illustration. --Yamla 04:12, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about....I haven't uploaded any images lately or written any rationales. You might be refering to my changing of disambiguation links on certain already uploaded images. In that case, I wasn't writing rationales, just changing [[WWE]] to [[World Wrestling Entertainment]]. Nikki311 16:35, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

daniel dicriscio

"claim to fame" is taken from the press Daniel received,. We did not invent this ourselves. other people in this profession with wiki pages have a claim to fame section.

The only thing I changed in the "Claim to Fame" section were incorrect links. I added pipe links to them to avoid redirects. I think you have the wrong person...I didn't delete, rename, or change the contents of that section (other than the minor link fixes). I don't even know who Daniel Dicriscio is, so I wouldn't change the contents of his article. Also, please sign your posts. Nikki311 17:18, 5 May 2007 (UTC)

Warning: violation of WP:BLP at Stacy Carter

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Stacy Carter, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Please find and add a reliable citation to your recent edit so we can verify your work. Uncited information may be removed at any time. Thanks for your efforts, and happy editing! Burntsauce 23:24, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

How is blanking an entire article prgressive or in any way helpful? There are many people at WP:PW who go around article to article adding citations for every match. Deleting the entire article is nothing but counter-productive! Nikki311 23:28, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

That's BS's standard "I've blanked the article, BLP is mine, so fuck you" welcome. Thanks for the work on The Kat, I've repeated the exercise on Bob Backlund's talk page, if it doesn't get blanked. Darrenhusted 18:06, 9 May 2007 (UTC)

PWI lists

Nikki,

I'm not sure if you're aware, however the PWI Years and its other pages have recently been deleted. I've requested their undeletion, if only to recover the work lost, although it doesn't seem likley they'll be restored in any form. I appreciate all the work you did on them and I apologise for that time which could have been better used elsewhere. MadMax 11:22, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

Original message x-posted from Quidzilla's talk page: I'm confused as to why it was a quick fail (as per The Undertaker's delisting) because the references are more accurate. Unlike The Undertaker, whose article only cited match win/losses, Nora's article has both primary and secondary sources including WWE.com, her DVD, interviews, and articles. In addition to citing just her wins/losses...her personal life, early life, and her thoughts about certain angles/storylines were all cited using the aforementioned sources. Could you go into a little more detail about what exactly the "referencing problems and other issues" are, so that I may possibly fix them. Thanks. Nikki311 08:11, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the note and for not getting upset, the sources are still mostly primary sources, such as WWE.com and Online World of Wrestling (the main ref used in the Undertaker incidentally). You can list it at WP:GA/R or you can just re-list it at WP:GAC and I'll step aside and someone else can review it. There's only one other sports bio on the list there, and it's on hold, so the article will still be first in line. Cheers. Quadzilla99 08:50, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the response. I added a few more secondary sources and then relisted it as a Good Article Candidate. Nikki311 02:41, 30 May 2007 (UTC) (Also posted on Quadzilla99's talk page)
Okay, good luck. Quadzilla99 02:49, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

Dear Nikki, I have written the article about the German artist Heinrich Hofmann. I have done extensive research on this artist and the information that I have given is correct - but, there have been two very short and very strange contributions about Heinrich Hofmann in Wikipedia. I had a discussion about this with someone else (I forgot the name but you can look it up) and I asked to remove these two articles because they contained false information. One spelled the artist's name incorrectly, the other has a picture and claims that the picture shows the house where Hofmann was born. That is absolutely wrong. How did that picture get into my aritcle. The birthplace of Hofmann was in Darmstadt/Germany and the house where he was born is no longer there. Please remove this picture from the article. Thank you very much. WingsofJoy

I removed the picture that was added as a result of merging the three articles. Most of the information from the three was the same, but you might want to verify what was added to make sure it is correct (in-line citations wouldn't hurt, see Wikipedia:Citation templates). Anyway, I deleted the other two articles and redirected their incoming links to your article. Nikki311 02:00, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

Dear Nikki, Well, first of all I tried to log in but it seems that my password does not work any longer. Is it necessary for me to create a new account in Wikipedia? Thank you so much for removing that picture in the Hofmann article! I checked the article for inaccuracies and found none. The information in the article is correct. But why does it not meet Wikipedia's quality standards? Please let me know and I will be happy to make the necessary changes. Yes, some things have been added and they are ok. Except for one phrase in the beginning of the article. There it says "He is likely best known...." I think the "likely" can be omitted. Please let me know if you have other suggestions. Now this is not to praise myself but to provide some information for you: I was the first to do extensive research on Hofmann and I found all the archive material in Darmstadt and elsewhere. I passed this information on to the Riverside Church in New York (I still have friendly contact with them; we exchange information) and to another group of people who are interested in this artist. I assure you that the information given in this article is correct. Best wishes - WingsofJoy

Dear Nikki, Somehow I do get in here, even though my password does not work any longer. I read your reply - but I do not understand what I should do. This article is ok. There are no direct quotes. A bibliography is a help for the reader to find more information about the subject - but I did not quote from any of the sources directly. I just gave an overall view of the life and work of Heinrich Hofmann. I wonder why you think this is not "verified". I was the one who found all the mistakes in the other articles. I invested a lot of time in this article. Also under "Links" it says "Excerpts from Self-Realization Magazine". Actually I wrote that article in that Magazine but I did not use excerpts. If you still think this is not a safe information maybe we should remove it altogether. I hope you understand my concerns. Best wishes ==WingsofJoy== Dear Nikki, I never received an answer from you. Please remove the heading above the Hofmann article. That article is ok! ==WingsofJoy==

The Rock (entertainer)

Hi. I noticed you changed the WikiProject Hawaii assessment from Start to B-Class on The Rock (entertainer).[1] While you could make a valid argument for this change, you should be aware that every project uses different assessment criteria, so in the future, you may want to reconsider or at the very least weight your assessment more carefully, especially when you are upgrading above the Start level. You should also know that every time you change an assessment, it shows up on an article by quality log which is maintained by a bot. I'm not going to change it back to Start at this time, but it is barely a B-class article, and I will be monitoring it a bit more closely to see if it improves. If it doesn't, I may downgrade this article back to Start. —Viriditas | Talk 11:31, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the clean up to the article. I would like to work with you to pass the article. :) We could use more than 3. When I came across the page, I thought it was well sourced already but I will follow your instruction on this as you already know what constitutes a GA (e.g. Nora Greenwald). - Deep Shadow 20:54, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Wow! You've added so many references already. :) Good job. Some of the information I had already found but didn't list because it was on his IMDb profile. I don't know what really constitutes reliable wrestling sources. - Deep Shadow 23:19, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

How to get more references...

Over at Hell in a Cell I have tried something of an experiment with regards to using PPVs as references, as the article itself is just long matche recaps I have added a PPV reference at the end of each recap to try and get a different way of referencing in to the project (much like TV episodes are recapped). Take a look and see what you think, it may help us in our quest to source BLP PW articles. Darrenhusted 22:29, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Art 281 20:48, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

Hey there Nikki311. I was wondering if you could look at something for me. I am attempting to rewrite the Candice Michelle article as I feel it is poorly prepared and also contains plagiarism from various websites. I have prepared a copy of the article in my sandbox, but thus far I have only worked on creating and sourcing an Early life section. Could you please review said section? Please leave any comments in the designated hidden area in the sandbox. If not, that's cool. Thanks in advance. - Deep Shadow 15:55, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

I finally finished my edit. It nearly killed me sourcing just about every sentence. Would you mind giving it a quick review to see if it is worthy to replace the current page? Feel free to edit my sandbox if you see anything wrong or want to add or subtract information. All images, categories and other languages are purposely disabled while the page is in the sandbox. - Deep Shadow 22:10, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
Thank you very much. :) I will move the article over now. Hopefully it won't be called vandalism and be reverted. I hope you don't mind if I extend the end bracket on Vince's Devils to the end of the sentence, because otherwise it seems like Ladies in Pink is a parody of Charlie's Angels. - Deep Shadow 22:38, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

Regardsing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Glen Osbourne. I have updated the article, infobox and a few citations. The article should pass WP:BIO Athlete now. However it's still pretty poor on citation. Still depends on what you want to vote on it. But being that he competed in ECW and ECWA is passable for WP:BIO Athlete and being that he won belts, should be fairly notable in professional wrestling terms. Your thoughts are welcome know. PW Guidelines

Hey Nicki, thanks for all the work you've been putting into this. Please don't think any of my comments are personal. I can tell from the work that you've done that you are a very conscientious and positive contributor to Wikipedia and the pro wrestling project. I think guidelines can be a good thing, I'm just concerned because I've seen guidelines used for exclusion from wikipedia when they should be used for inclusion. Hi Nikki311. Sorry to bother you again but I just wanted to get your thoughts on the Paul London article. I put a lot of work into it to prepare it for a future GA nomination. PROD was removed so I added it to List of WWE Divas AfD. But looking down the List of Former WWE Development Divas page I noticed the only links were to non-notable pages as well, Tracy Castillo is not notable, Nikita Fink could be notable, although she never jumped from OVW (and her trivia section is large), and Angel Williams looks notable but again her action is limited to DSW. See what you think and whether PRODs are needed (to be honest there are PRODs on articles with more info on them at this moment, but a second opinion would be nice). Vader Crunch

Vader Crunch (ベイダークランチ) is what his powerbomb has been OFFICIALLY referred to during his time in AJPW and NJPW. It's even called Vader Crunch in the latest Japanese pro-wrestling game, Wrestle Kingdom 2.

Actually, I don't think it's necessary, but it was suggested in the prod tag, and redirects are cheap. Anyone is free to recreate it if desired, so it doesn't hurt to leave it (unless there's some problem I'm not aware of). I wouldn't object if someone else deleted it though. -- But|seriously|folks  05:26, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
