Hi, In the context of transistor count to be 24 for a Basic Gates Mux (AND / OR Logic), thanks for your reply. However I did refer to the book "Digital Design Principles And Practices" by Wakerly, 3rd Ediyion and Fig 1.9, the Mux with Two AND, a NOT and an OR is explained. However the book says it will take 14 transistors to implement this. Can you please help me to figure out how do you implement this in 6 transistors. I know a TG based Mux can probably be implemented in 6 transistors but we are referring to a Mux with Basic Gates. Please write back.
