I think that the "identification and discrimination tasks" section is a good way to explain encyclopedicly, but at the same time I feel like ABX discrimination could be included into the paragraph of discrimination section since it is a short one. If there are more than two discrimination tasks, that would be good to make sub-sections under discrimination section. Another thing I wonder is where you were going to put your support and criticism for Whorf hypothesis in the section; whether before or after Evolved CP and Learned CP? Either way, I think it is very good to put support and criticism in the section to be more encyclopidic and easy for readers to understand it with no bias. Good job overall! I just have a few questions/things to improve. First, you may want to define VOT and/or link to the article about, since most people don't know what it is. And in general, when explaining the identification/discrimination tasks, you might try rewording some parts to make it a little more clear. It's a tricky thing to be concise about, but maybe saying "phoneme boundary" instead of just "boundary" could help in some instances. In the Sapir-Whorf section, I would change the way the lead begins--I think discussing color perception right off the bat distracts from the fundamental concept of the hypothesis. Also, the section under "criticism" about categorical perception of speech sounds seems to be out of place. I could be mistaken, but I believe the Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis is just making claims about how language affects extralinguistic perception. Agrismer (talk) 16:22, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
