David Southwick

[edit]

I notice you have not yet joined the discussion at Talk:David Southwick#Degree controversy. You can't say that no consensus has been reached if you haven't discussed it yet. Certainly, the IP editor was very wrong to jump to conclusions about your position, but at this point in time I would have to say that there is consensus to include the text, since no objections have been offered on the talk page. Peter Dutton image

[edit]

I have deleted File:Peter Dutton MP, 2020.jpeg as a copyright violation, as a social media profile photo is not in the public domain. Please see Wikipedia:Non-free content for guidance on the use of non-free content and images in Wikipedia. --Canley (talk) 01:14, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Following on from the above, the image you just added, File:Peter-dutton-mp.png, also appears to be copyrighted. If you are referring to it as an image derived from those released at aph.gov.au, the images there are released under a non-commercial, no-derivatives license, which unfortunately is not compatible with Wikipedia. Because of the policies here, Wikipedia can only accept CC-by-SA images which allow both derivatives and commercial use. - Bilby (talk) 10:39, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am a very occasional and intermittent user who hasn't been logged in since mid July 2020. I have no engaged in any abuse of accounts, nor would I

Decline reason:

Then you will need to explain why the evidence in the SPI would indicate otherwise. Merely denying it is insufficent, as every sockpuppeteer denies doing so(since that is the whole point). 331dot (talk) 07:56, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I think this is a case of mistaken identity. I have seen the profile, Irving something?, that I am alleged to be a sock puppet for, and I cannot be clearer that I am not a sock puppet for them. I don’t know how I can disprove this given I know nothing about this account.

I have never engaged with the Gerard Rennick page, which seems to be the centre of this investigation. I can’t disprove my involvement in something I have had nothing to do with. I think this is a case of mistaken identity. Nobingo (talk) 13:02, 31 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

331dot How do I engage with this process? I would appreciate your assistance.
