Managing a conflict of interest

I would like to create a page on Suwannee Hall, which is a historical diner located in the Florida State University. The page will contain a background on the establishment, the food they offer and notable staff who had been working in the establishment for over twenty years. The intention of this page is solely for a school project for the class of ENC 4404. It is for educational purposes on how to edit in wikipedia
