Your article has already been deleted in the mainspace multiple times and may get the name put under creation protection if you continue. In order to have a reliable article you need to link credible references (WP:RS) within the article. I was the last user to tag the article for CSD as I could find no results in search engines pertaining to the article name and "famous songs on Youtube". You additionally need to provide evidence that she is someone of importance. Unfortunately not every single person living and dead is important / distinguished enough to entitle them to n encyclopedic page.
