==AfC acceptances--
- Artur Albarran, is a very rough translation fro he Portuguese, unclear to the extent that ti gives two different countries for his place of birth, As I think he's notable , rather than return it to draft, I sent it to Articles needing translation for a proper fix.
- John Heminway though notable , is a highly promotional article. Again, rather than deleting or returning i to draft, I've marked it as promotional , and made an initial pass removeing wordiness and overuse of his name.
- I marked Hoochery Distillery as advertising. Looking more carefully, I went back and nominated if for deletion as promotional and non-notable. This is a field where decisions and AfD are erratic, depending to a good deal on whether the firm has fans, so I do not know if it will be deleted. If you did judge it would likely be accepted, you might have done well to give it a better chance by editing out some of the promotionalism . '
- I tagged Ralph Perrazzo as advertising. It's impossible to predict what AfD will do with people in his field, I know I certainly do not think him notable , but in this area AfD disagrees with me as often as not.
- Similarly with Eneko Azurmendi . But I consider a warning sign any WP article that uses the pharase " first ever" except possibly for entertainers and internet figures.
'*I accepted [[Alex Edelmans[]] His position as Mercers' School Memorial Professor of Business at Gresham College isenough to met WP:PROF , even without any additional information.
*I would not have accepted Liu Caipin in its present form . An article containing "Caipin not only is an astronomer who published lots of articles in the field of astronomy, " is not written to the standards of an encyclopedia .She is however notable as a member of the legislature, so it will take rewriting. I've done a start at it,
- see my comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Singhara Kachari . This is one I'm not sure about , so I think it better to get a more general consensus.
- Peel Hunt I think fails the current requirements at NCORP. But I want to look at the refs. further, so I just marked it for now and did some editing.
And I remind you we do not speedy-delete drafts for not being in English. One of the reasons a draft might be there is for it to be translated.
I don't want to discourage you from reviewing. I do want to encourage you to be more careful. You aregoing about it the tight way, participating in AfD discussions to see how the community is judging articles at the present. DGG ( talk ) 08:28, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

Creation of page for Warren Burt Kimberly
[edit]Hello I created this page as Kimberly's book on the History of West Australia is available in Wikimedia, and I have had some queries about him.
As you deleted the page I started before I could work on it, I created a draft page here at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Warren_Burt_Kimberly.
Can you please have a look and if it is OK send it live for me? Thanks so much. Mary Blight NYS (talk) 05:50, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
Blocked as a sockpuppet
[edit]{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. --Blablubbs (talk) 17:14, 17 October 2021 (UTC)Northern Escapee (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Hi Blablubbs, this is to bring to your kind attention that my account (Northern Escapee) has been wrongfully blocked indefinitely for violating wikipedia's policies of sockpuppetry. I am fully aware of the wikipedia policies and have always duly respected and followed them. I can see user Celestina007 related my account to "Ugbedeg" and added under suspected sockpuppetry on the basis of just 3 edits whereas I have multiple contributions on my plate which as a responsible wikipedia user & editor were done only to serve the truth to wikipedia users. I have zero intention in engaging in any kind of political or non political agenda. I have always thrived upon serving wikipedia readers and other users with unbiased information from trustworthy sources and will continue to do so if I get my account fully operational again. Kindly reconsider this block as the hard work put in this account is immeasurable & will go in vain. Thanks for taking out time to read my appeal. Northern Escapee (talk) 06:52, 12 November 2021 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Your edit history and the material at SPI make a pretty strong case for sockpuppetry. On that basis the block remains necessary to prevent further disruption. Euryalus (talk) 00:28, 4 December 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I believe my block is necessary to prevent disruption and I am hence unwilling to lift it. Another administrator will review your request. --Blablubbs (talk) 11:50, 12 November 2021 (UTC)
