Too early to add the section separating arms suppliers from neutral aid.[edit]
It's simply too early to add the section, as there is not much consensus on how to implement it. I understand that there is consensus that it should exist, and I can understand adding the section once there is consensus on who to put in that section. However, without consensus on how to implement it, it's a bad idea to put it in.
