Emo musical groups
[edit]Hi. Sorry to burst your bubble, but bands such as My Chemical Romance and Green Day are not emo. Please don't add the emo category to the bands' articles. Thanks. Timmeh! 18:13, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Emo
[edit]Please stop removing the Emo musical groups category from the Paramore article. There are several sources that say they are emo, and that is all that matters. Personal opinion does not matter here. Nouse4aname (talk) 19:08, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

- Like I said, that is your opinion. If there are valid sources that say they are emo, then they can be classified as emo, regardless of what you say. Please read up on WP:RS and why such claims must be sourced. You are correct, calling them emo is an opinion, but just so long as the opinion is that of a critic published in a reliable source, then it is OK. If the opinion is that of just a simple wikipedia editor, then it has no weight and essentially does not matter. Nouse4aname (talk) 19:26, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- I have no idea what you are trying to say on that last post... Nouse4aname (talk) 20:51, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
