Fight Club DVD Sales
[edit]Greetings. I just wanted to let you know I made a change to your additon to the "List of US Box Office Bombs" article. I think your notation about the DVD sales of the film "Fight Club" is best noted in the body of the article (above the list of films itself) because DVD sales are really one of the driving forces of film profits these days, so I removed the comment for that film alone and added a little text to the section above the list--just a sentence but it helps a bit. In truth, I think the whole point in that article is a little dubious since a lot of people don't accept the idea that the domestic box office performance of a movie is as significant as all that. Many of the films on that page were actually profitable in the long run for the companies that produced them. That needs to be noted more carefully in the body of the article (which is rather dated) in order to deal more completely with issues like the revenue of "Fight Club." Given the current discussion on the Talk page for that article, I don't think "Fight Club" will be included if some more regular and consistent definition of "a bomb" is used. Thanks. Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Bernard Fremont, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
