Im pretty sure I am able to develope an article that does not meet guidelines as long as that it is not an actual article. It is under my username, so I have no idea why it should be deleted. I understand about the actual article. Plus, this page was created by an administrator who had also deleted the article, and is now letting me improve it. Nurasko^{Talk page}

The page is a recreation of deleted material. Wikipedia is not your web host and while you are welcome to use your userpage as a development ground for articles in-progress, it is not meant for long-term storage. I nominated it for deletion as there have been no attempts to improve it since it was originally created and you had not respond to my messages regarding the article's issues.--Hazel77 ^talk 21:45, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
