Hello OMAXCHAIN. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:OMAXCHAIN. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=OMAXCHAIN|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 331dot (talk) 12:38, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

we are not paying anything to publish a article. My concern is this article or name omax token has huge coverage on social media and google trends but still not able to publish. J need help on that. to be very honest am not a expert either in wikipedia. May be some experts already drafted but it gets declining. Could you please suggest how should it be published or created there are plenty of sources and references. OMAXCHAIN (talk) 12:47, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you work for Omax Token, you are a paid editor. You do not have to be specifically paid to edit. I cannot provide help beyond what reviewers have already said. Wikipedia is not a place for a company to tell the world about itself and its products(this includes press releases and announcements of routine activities). A Wikipedia article must summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the topic, showing how it meets Wikipedia's special definition of notability. 331dot (talk) 12:52, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
though my username might be omax but i do not work for them OMAXCHAIN (talk) 13:11, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You said "we are not paying" above. So if "we" is not Omax, who is it? 331dot (talk) 14:37, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I meant we not getting paid to write a article. anyways may be we or i am not good at writing article anyways we will follow your guidelines . thank you so much OMAXCHAIN (talk) 14:47, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I will give you one more chance to tell me who "we" is and describe your affiliation with the topic. 331dot (talk) 16:52, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
We means " while writing this article we are like 4-5 people deciding and writing it as you can see we are not experts in writing it. So I/we said we are not getting paid or we dont pay anyone . As we know wikipedia is free and no need to pay to anyone to publish a article. May be our writings is not good it would be really good if you help us write it or suggest any changes. Anyways we will try our best in coming days after reading some pages or taking some expert advice. So one of your colleague asked to join a talk page to learn. Thank you OMAXCHAIN (talk) 17:59, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Only a single person should be sitting at the computer operating your account and no one else should have access. So you are 4-5 random people who randomly chose this topic to write about? There are numerous paid editing services out there of varying reputability but my concern is that you have a paid affiliation with the topic. You didn't choose this topic at random. You are kind of dancing around the question. With regards to the draft, if you have specific questions about the advice you have been given by reviewers, please ask. 331dot (talk) 18:22, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has authorised uninvolved administrators to impose discretionary sanctions—such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks—on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, expected standards of behaviour, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on these sanctions. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Omax token (June 27)[edit]

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by S0091 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: None of the sources are reliable (Github, CoinMarketCap, Binance, Google, etc.). After several declines, it is apparent the subject is not notable so the draft will no longer be considered.

June 2022[edit]

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of username and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Orange Mike | Talk 19:58, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Why i am blocked indefinately i dont represent anyone i am just indiviual like you. you represent group of orange army ? your pic mocks the orange devotees. you should be banned indefinately instead of me. Why I am blocked indefinately? i havent promoted anything. we love crypto and will keep writing artickes about crypto. We are the donors of wikipedia page. OMAXCHAIN (talk) 20:22, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 00:12, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

That argument is more likely to get your talk page revoked. You're blocked because you're editing in a topic area under sanctions without disclosing your connexion to Omax. Your evading direct questions above also doesn't help. —Jéské Couriano v^_^v a little blue Bori 20:55, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
