Questions for the candidate[edit]

Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as a bureaucrat. You may wish to answer the following optional questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. Have you read the discussions on when to promote and not promote? What do you understand the criteria for promotion to be?
A. Yes, It must a BIG must meet the criteria for what the article is about. I check the Criterias all the time to make sure it meets at least one of the criteria if not i nominate it for deletion. I support and try to promote the article by, telling the user and asking questions that improve the user to improve the article.
2. How would you deal with contentious nominations where a decision to promote or not promote might be criticized?
A. I would look at the resources and criteria and make sure that the stated article is notable. What has this person done? I ask questions and connect with the nominators and take notes on what they are trying to say. If it is promoted i will tell the user and the user must be off the nominations list and i will tell the user the basics of a bureaucat.
3. Wikipedians expect bureaucrats to adhere to high standards of fairness, knowledge of policy and the ability to engage others in the community. Why do you feel you meet those standards?
A. I am a fair person at all times. I belive that taking sides is unnecessary. I will engage all of the users who have contributed to the article and see what the user has done in the past how many edits and things like that. if it is outstanding i will promote the user.

Hi, I removed the Speedy Deletion tag you placed on the article. The basis for speedy deletion, that the article was empty, was simply not the case. Perhaps you intended a different Speedy Deletion criteria. Sincerely, --PinkBull 03:25, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page A Tear From A Woman's Eyes has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Q T C 06:58, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Convince Me, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests, and consider using the Article Wizard. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Evil saltine (talk) 20:07, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Sarey Savy (Songwriter-Singer) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Hello, OMGstrings. You have new messages at MuffledThud's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Please do not delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at User talk:MuffledThud. Such edits are disruptive and appear to be vandalism. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 20:36, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Sarey Savy (Songwriter-Singer). Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 20:37, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at User talk:MuffledThud, you will be blocked for vandalism.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 20:38, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Gone (Sarey Savy Song), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.wikinfo.org/index.php/Gone_(Sarey_Savy_Song). For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 22:59, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Sarey Savy (Songwriter-Singer), to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for General disruption and block evasion. See also Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Channel 6. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Tikiwont (talk) 23:24, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

The discussion really is keep i don't understand. I was just helping Wikipedia by adding and creating articles.

Decline reason:

If you really don't understand you may lack the basic level of competence needed to edit constructively here. I am declining your request for unblock because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    • understand what you have been blocked for,
    • will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    • will make useful contributions instead.

Please read our guide to appealing blocks for more information. Beeblebrox (talk) 23:42, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • And you may as well stop working on an WP:RFB request. Even if you were unblocked, your answers to the questions are so wrong that if you actually posted this it would most likely be closed within minutes. Also, it's exceedingly unlikely that the community would ever promote someone straight up to bureaucrat without you being an experienced administrator first. There are about 1,700 admins only about 30 bureaucrats. Beeblebrox (talk) 23:49, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Black & White (Sarey Album) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

The article Get Down (Emmalyn Estrada song) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable song not nominated for any notable award.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 00:09, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Emmalyn Estrada[edit]

An editor has nominated Emmalyn Estrada, an article which you have created or worked on, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Emmalyn Estrada and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. –xenotalk 19:56, 4 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
