People must meet requirements for a stand alone article[edit]

Please note that people (and all other article topics as well) must meet our notability requirement before they cna have a stand alone article, namely having significant coverage in reliable third party sources that covers more than one event. Continual recreation of articles that have not meet the requirements is disruptive behavior and may lead to your account being blocked.
