Speedy deletion of Everett gendler[edit]

A tag has been placed on Everett gendler requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Hi there. I've looked and I've determined that the article was not eligible for speedy, due to coverage in reliable sources (the USA Today, for instance), and because I believe that being described as the "father of Jewish environmentalism" is a good enough claim to notability. No mate, that was the correct place to put it (you should use the "new section" tab instead of "edit this page" on discussion pages like that though when starting a new topic of discussion). As far as images go, I'd suggest having a read of Help:Images and other uploaded files. Note that those images you linked to on my talk page are probably not suitable for inclusion, as they are copyrighted.
