Uploading Picture

How to upload a picture to Wikipedia? I tried to upload them using link but doesn’t seem to work. I’m not sure how to get the picture from other places to here. Please let me know. Thank you! Ogiwarahoshi (talk) 17:11, 27 December 2022 (UTC)
