All works are automatically copyrighted. Please see if you can get your fellow "range rat" to license it under GFDL or Creative Commons licesnse. Otherwise it must be removed. Personally I hope you can get permission. --J Clear 20:47, 27 April 2007 (UTC)

You may be able to provide a "fair use" justification in the mean time. You can find an example with just about any album cover image or something like Image:StarTrek Logo 2007.JPG. --J Clear 22:22, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

Copyright request

I have sent an email request for permission(copyright) to use the photo to: www.navsource.org/archives The photo lies on a page entitled T-AGM-11/T-AGS-37 Twin Falls and the original photographer ie."range rat" is deceased.
