March 2024[edit]

Hello, I'm Aviram7. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Early iPhone systems-on-chip, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~~ αvírαm|(tαlk) 14:19, 16 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

April 2024[edit]

Information icon Hi Oliversaysreeee! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Provo Canyon School that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. tedder (talk) 16:09, 20 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Red links[edit]

Hello Oliver, and welcome! I noticed you have been removing red links from articles with the edit summary "Removed link to page that doesn't exist". Red links are very often intentional and therefore should not be removed. They can signify that the page should, or will soon, exist.

You can read more about their use at WP:REDLINKS, especially the section on that page "Dealing with existing red links" (WP:REDDEAL).

Removing red links is a somewhat common error for new editors but it is easily fixed - it'd be a good idea to go through your edits where you have removed such links and undoing your edit to replace them. I hope you enjoy being here. Happy editing. JennyOz (talk) 11:53, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
