Welcome, Omido! I copied from what people told me on my talk page: "you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date." Fnhddzs 16:27, 25 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I copied more here. Here are a few more good links for newcomers:

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask an admin on their talk pages. Fnhddzs 22:14, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It might not have been your intent, but you recently removed content from Criticism and controversies about Falun Gong. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. AmiDaniel (talk) 06:03, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please leave disputed sources in place until consensus is reached on them. Discussion is ongoing so you're actions are premature. CovenantD 17:06, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is two hours before deadline, let’s discuss and vote. --Samuel Luo 02:21, 23 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alleged organ harvesting of Falun Gong members by the Chinese government[edit]

Omido, where can we see the independent 45 page report about the alleged organ harvesting? Is there a site on the web where we can see this? Thanks. --HResearcher 10:48, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Request for mediation[edit]

A request for mediation has been filed with the Mediation Committee that lists you as a party. The Mediation Committee requires that all parties listed in a mediation must be notified of the mediation. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Falun Gong, and indicate whether you agree or refuse to mediate. If you are unfamiliar with mediation, please refer to Wikipedia:Mediation. There are only seven days for everyone to agree, so please check as soon as possible. --Fire Star 火星 14:18, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Arbcom[edit]

Informal mediator WikieZach| talk is preparing to move the Falun Gong mediation case to the Wikipedia:Arbcom. I have been asked to alert concerned (to the best of my knowledge) editors about this matter. Thank you. --Fire Star 火星 22:59, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I recently agreed to mediate that case. I notice that you were listed as an involved party, but did not sign saying that you agreed to mediation. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that you are still welcome to participate. Thanks! Armedblowfish (talk|mail) 16:47, 7 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Section blanking again[edit]

Once again you have engaged in blanking sections which have been critical of Falun Gong. Since this is not your first time, please be aware that this constitutes as a violation of Wikipedia rules and any further blanking may incur penalties, including being blocked. Please don't do it again. If you have any objections, please discuss it on the article's talk page. Jsw663 17:41, 19 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Omido, you were already warned not to engage in section blanking yet you have still persisted, especially about Falun Gong. Any further blanking without discussing it on the discussion page first will get you blocked. Jsw663 02:17, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
And, you are using misleading edit summaries when blanking sections you don't like. You are removing entire paragraphs, not just introducing the word "persecution". Do it once more, and I will report you on the administrator intervention and vandalism in progress pages. --Fire Star 火星 14:00, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
My reverts aren't "irrational", you are an admitted POV pusher and you are blanking attested parts of an article which you personally don't agree with. I am restoring the sections you are removing, and will continue to do so, unless you can demonstrate a reason for removing them that satisfies Wikipedia policy. --Fire Star 火星 14:14, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.

You were listed as a primary party in a Mediation cabal case[edit]

I have taken up the case and wish to hear your opinion. I consider myself neutral and this is the first time I have involved myself in a Falun Gong related matter on wikipedia as well as the real world. I would like to ask you to provide your opinion on the matter at 2006-12-31 User:Omido's actions on Falun Gong related pages under the discussion heading. Thank you! - Tutmosis 01:55, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Academic views on Falun Gong. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Academic views on Falun Gong (2nd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 26 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
