Welcome to Wikipedia![edit]

Dear Outlookeditor: Welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user talk (discussion) page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. A third option is to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator.

One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD!   --VoltronForce 18:57, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pls do not remove sourced content or add unsourced content to biographical articles, especially content critical of the subject, as you did to Romila Thapar. Doldrums 19:17, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You have violated WP:3RR, and are eligible for a block from editing wikipedia. I am not reporting you at this time, but any recurrence of warring without discussion and you will be blocked. Hornplease 01:26, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

July 2007[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Romila Thapar. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors.
