Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to George Boole may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • for any real numbers ''a''''k'' > 0, ''b''''k'', and ''t'' > 0.<ref name=cmr>{{cite book|mr=2129737|last1=Cima|first1=Joseph A.|last2=Matheson|first2=Alec|
  • systematize it, to provide it with a foundation, and to extend its range of applicability. <ref> [[John Corcoran (logician)|JOHN CORCORAN, Aristotle's Prior Analytics and Boole's Laws of Thought,

Citing a conversation

[edit]

I'm sorry, you can't cite a conversation, as you did in this edit to Argument-deduction-proof distinctions. Citations are meant to allow other editors to verify the contents of an article, but how can an independent editor verify a conversation. Citations must be made to publicly available published material, that can reasonably be expected to be available for public inspection (i.e. available in a library or public archive). Private conversations, unpublished correspondence, etc., are not valid citations for this reason. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 18:52, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Are you

... the same person as BOOLE1847 (talk · contribs)? Can you explain why you created this user page User:BOOLE1847? - DVdm (talk) 20:05, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Note - That page was removed a while ago. It appears that you have now created your own user page User:POLY1956. Good, but the question remains: are you the same person as BOOLE1847 (talk · contribs)? - DVdm (talk) 22:44, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding content to disambiguation pages.

[edit]

Please stop adding content to disambiguation pages like you did to Condition here, here and again here. These pages have wikilinks to articles only. They don't have content. See wp:DAB. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 20:07, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
