    • Well, Wikipedia:Five pillars is a good starting off point for all the policies and guidelines here. There are a ton of them, and growing like government regulations! Although the issue about the link you added isn't specifically addressed at Wikipedia:Copyright violations, it does refer to Template:Copyvioel which describes linking to copyright violations as a form of "contributory infringement".
