I've examined all of your contributions to far, and it seems clear to me that your command of English is not good enough for you to contribute to the English language Wikipedia at this time, and so I have revoked your ability to edit this talk page to prevent any further waste of your time or ours. We don't know that you are who you say you are unless you make your request while logged in. By editing with a different IP you are evading your block. As your ability to edit this page was removed, you must use WP:UTRS to request unblock. There, you will need to address the reason for your block, which is not "unknown", but vandalism.
