Hello, I'm Discospinster. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Carlos Beltrán, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ... discospinster talk 01:52, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Nelson Mandela, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Ichiro Suzuki may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Baseball statistics updates

[edit]

Hi Paladoofus -

Just a quick heads up that you should update the date in the "statyear" field when you change an MLB player's stats. Change the statyear field to the last date that the player played a game. If you don't do that, it sends the wrong message that a player had certain statistics as of an old, incorrect date. Also, just be careful when you make stats edits in general. In your edits from August 9, there were a couple of big mistakes, like a career batting average that was off by 20 points. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Thanks! EricEnfermero HOWDY! 08:33, 11 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
