Thanks for your reply. The first two sections in Wikipedia:Article titles state that article titles should be as simple as possible, not necessarily the full names of the people, but those by which they are most commonly known as. If it's a scanned image, credit the book/publication or archive source it was scanned from. By all means indicate a scan credit for yourself (in addition though, not as the main credit.)
