Hello, Pamcastell, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. Response[edit]

Hi! So far everything looks good! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:52, 2 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

Hi Pamcastell, I wanted to give my feedback:

I'm not really sure where in the article this is meant to go - this looks like it was the article's lead paragraph, but I'm not entirely certain. I've made some formatting tweaks to get a better idea of things, but if this is meant to replace the lead then something to keep in mind is that the lead is meant to be a very general overview of the topic. It shouldn't go into a huge-huge amount of smaller details, so any smaller and more specific details should be worked into the body of the article. I'm more specifically thinking about the definition of a long period of time, as this is something that would be best in the body of the article, especially as you could go into more detail about this if needed.

All of the information you have looks to be correct and the sourcing looks OK, so this is mostly just determining where this is meant to go and whether any of this should be better in the body rather than the lead of the article. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 19:11, 3 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I hope I am answering you properly with the indent. I thought the information should indeed follow the current intro and simply add clarifying information. Does that make sense? Forgive my lack of experience! It's been difficult getting used to this and I appreciate your feedback very much. Pamcastell (talk) 19:18, 3 May 2019 (UTC)pamcastell[reply]
Yes, adding, not removing anything! Thank you, Shalor! Pamcastell (talk) 19:46, 3 May 2019 (UTC)pamcastell[reply]
