I don't understand this message. This account's contribution history shows that you clearly requested a block, and that this is not your first account. I'm just trying to avoid blocks sometimes. Maybe I overreacted on that block request. I can't help myself. I COULD use the {{unblock}} template, but it will always be declined. Are you here to build an encyclopedia? If so, why did you request a block? If you made a mistake, please explain your motives. If you do want to contribute to Wikipedia, please use a single account, as creating multiple accounts to evade blocks is considered sockpuppetry. Also, avoid personal attacks on other editors.
