Hi. Thanks for voting with me on the Fronda AFD but the article was improved enormously by User:Theleftorium and I have withdrawn the AFD. Please see for yourself; I wouldn't want you to think I am acting capriciously. Yours, Rms125a@hotmail.com (talk) 00:20, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Deletions[edit]

For a new user you found your way to AfD very quickly; I assume you have had another account on Wikipedia before. You should read WP:ATA, as some of your comments like "vanity page" and "delete per nom" are generally seen as being unconstructive. I'd also urge you to try to find sources for articles as well as arguing for deletion; AfD is a good opportunity to rescue articles, as well as to delete unsalvagable content. In this AfD you commented that "none of the content is sourced and probably never will be", which is not a valid reason for deletion. In any case, I have rewritten the article completely and just about everything is sourced to reliable sources now. Can you please take a second look at Robert C. Kettler and consider changing your !vote accordingly? Thanks, ThaddeusB (talk) 16:33, 9 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Kettler page is better now but still needs to be less colloquial and more encyclopedic in tone. It just sounds a little too much like a press release or something, just a little too conversational to read like a factual article. Parkerparked (talk) 16:19, 11 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Additionally, I would like an explanation as to how you immediately found AfD and started !voting delete on dozens of different AfDs (and apparently never keep). It sure looks like you are a sockpuppet, but I am open to an honest explanation. --ThaddeusB (talk) 17:48, 9 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have used wikipedia before, using IP etc.... but its better that I have a username. Found out about afd because I was looking at the deletion process....Parkerparked (talk) 16:19, 11 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't suppose you would be interested in sharing this old IP you were making AfDs under before you used this name? It might clear all this up quickly. Sritchern (talk) 21:08, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Parkerparked. Because you participated in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kari Ferrell, you may be interested in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kari Ferrell (2nd nomination). Cunard (talk) 08:34, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
