Request reason:

I am a lawful user editing mostly ru-wiki, where I have written about 60 articles and where I was granted a "closer" status, I never had other punishments in any parts of Wikipedia, and I don't understand why I am blocked. I can't edit en-wiki neither anonymously nor even while logged in. The administrator MuZemike who banned my IP range 74.98.32.0/21 rudely ignored my previous polite direct request.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline: It looks like you're not directly blocked or on autoblock (at least according to the autoblock checker), so something's odd. Please submit a new block request using {{Unblock-auto}} and we'll try to have a look. - Vianello (Talk) 22:50, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

On a side-note, I think your previous request may have been "ignored" because you didn't make it, or didn't make it properly. I see no previous unblock requests in the history of your talk page, nor any communication with MuZemike's talk page clear back to 2009. If this was an off-wiki request, that would explain my inability to find the records, of course. - Vianello (Talk) 22:54, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Somehow I was unblocked a couple of hours after I added this template, thank you for your reaction and thanks to someone who unblocked me. Yes, my request was off-wiki as I had no access to any pages but my own talk page. Pasteurizer (talk) 20:09, 19 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
