[edit]

Your claim may be true, but it would be impossible for others to confirm at the moment. Therefore, instead of simply deleting the information, as is what happens with most other drivers, I simply left it there and placed a warning that a secondary source is necessary. As soon as one is provided then your information will be uncloaked and no harm will come of it. Wikipedia doesn't have to be bang up to date to the second, so I think it will do less harm to wait for confirmation rather then leave it there and assume it correct. Hopefully you understand. Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:De Ceasaris monaco88.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:14, 10 September 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Coredesat 03:14, 10 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Phoenix Finace logo.gif)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Phoenix Finace logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Warhammer 40k

[edit]

Hi Patrick

Good to see you like Space Marines. Space Marines have different races eg Ultrmarines and Blood Ravens. Ultrmarines are better and more famous. It's really up to you. I have counted how many i have and i think i have about 12 Marines and 1 Medic Officer and one Marnie Officer ( Commanding Officer) This might start you off well. Space are a bit cheaper than Tau and are easier to assemble and paint. They are strong in Military Warfare and well perserved. Space marines have transport vechiles and have strong heavy support, this is good if you want to beat Rohan or Saun. My Army is the Imperial Guard and the Imperial Guard are strong allies and work splendly together. If you are going to start Space Marines i suggest you get the Space Marine Codex. The Codex is everything you need to know about you army and how to paint, assemble and the rules of your army.

Go to Gameworkshop in the holidays and ask the Customer Service people more about space marnies.

Have a great holiday

Tom

P.s I checked your cool website.

Catch Up Time

[edit]

Hey Pat

You need to show me more about wikipedia. You guys are getting far ahead of me. Thanks for the message, Mrs Davis has kind of gone crazy over me once when cooking pasta. I have been so busy in Great Britain, and hadn't any time to relax. Now I'm in Oxford the place of Education and one of the world's leading colleges and grammar schools. The kids dress up so smart. I have been in London for a couple of days and been to Grantham, Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's Country), Wawrickshire and now Oxford. My next destination is to the coast 'Portsmouth' Home of the Royal Navy. England is full of History and you can go to a castle and more than a year's worth of history classes. Yesterday i went to Britain's Greatest Medieval Experience that was Wawrick Castle. They had re-an-act-ments of soldiers and longbowmen and people from the High levels of the feudal system at the castle. They had a monstrous catapult firing at the trees and a Wawrick Bowmen showing us the English Bowmen and the deadly Crossbow.

Did you Know? King Henry 8 wanted 80% of his army to be archers. So he made a rule say the 'any man or boy you is the age 7-55 must practice archery every Sunday after church until dusk'. Rohan would like this but he might not believe me. This rule continued right through the War of the Roses and the start of the English Civil war 1645-1649. The rule was invented around about 1500. If you did't practice archery you would be fined and even sentence. The fine was not cheap it cloud make medieval peasants poor.

I have been to 3 Major Castles Tower of London, Newark Castle (English Civil War) and Wawrick Castle. The Tau Empire and Space Marines(Ultrmarines) are extremly cheap in England. I'm buying the real model soldiers here in England and going to desplay then apon my shelf. i have many on my shelf and one day you might be able to see them. i have more model soldiers or figures then Rohan & Saun put together. I have taken 645 pictures so far and hopeing to reach 1000.

England is truly amazing. I love London and i'm missing it being in Oxford. I might consider a work degree in London when i'm older. Sorry i have been away to recieve your message i have't had anytime. At the moment i'm just relaxing in a 5 start hotel in Oxfordshire not far from where lord of the rings was created. (The Trilogy) Enjoy your holidays and i know i will.

See you soon old chap!!!

Some more Info

[edit]

Just had to tell you some things then just pass this message onto James.

In Oxford we were heading towards a little road entrance when a Squad of Police where waiting for the British Armed Bomb Squad Forces to revell a desterted bag. The Police officer search us and stop us and we had to wait. In United Kingdom if you leave your bags unwatch the Forces of the Department will physically blow it up or burn it. England had many terroists bombs planted in deserted bags and can do alot of damage.

Also when i arrived in London i got Travel-to-Country Sickness very badly but considering that I'm in my most favourite country of all i was destracted many times. Food in England is marvellous from the best bacon & eggs to the most delicious pork pies and the sainsbury's sauasges.

Transport in London is amazing. You can buy a travel card in for the day and hop-on or hop-off on any of 1200 Double Decker buses or 650 single buses running on any bus line through and around london. Its the same with the most biggest and best Underground in the World 'The London Underground (The Tube) The Trains are not late and theres one every 2 1/2 minutes. Now conpare that with the Melbourne Underground. The London Underground was built in 1911 and is still running today, around about 210 stations below ground running splendidly.

I have been past a couple of Formula 1 racing tracks near Nottingham and Oxford. Looks like they had a couple of events. I can't buy much at gamesworkshop because of space in my suit case. i wanted to buy Rohan & Adam Debono and James and even Patrick Harding. But i see how i will go.

Hope your holidays are well.

Cheers

About Time

[edit]

Cool Patrick, you're finally collecting Space Marines. Hopefully when I start collecting my Eldar we can have a 3 way battle between you, Tom and myself. Ask Tom about the Land Raider and then ask him how much it is. That's how pricey things are but I hope that doesn't stop you. :) Also, what's this I hear about Northland, hey? I thought you said that you would take me when you do go... Oh well, I'm still glad you made up your mind. Did you buy anything?

I read the reference. It is newspaper speculation. A quote from the news article: A spokesman for the Victorian Racing Club slammed the idea as fanciful, "not even worth considering". Disputed fair use rationale for Image:How about we dont.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:How about we dont.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. Your RfA

[edit]

I am sorry, but I have closed your Request for adminship prematurely. Simply put, you only have less than 500 edits on Wikipedia; while your edit count isn't the only determining factor, and numerous people have their own personal standards by which they judge RfA candidates, this particular RfA was all but assured of not passing.

I am sorry about this, and I hope you don't take it personally. If you continue to contribute to the project in a positive fashion, I am confident that you would be able to submit a successful RfA in the future. You may wish to consider applying for an evaluation by other Wikipedia editors for feedback on how to obtain the necessary experience. Once you are ready to request adminship again, there is a great admin coaching program available, as well as a guide to requests for adminship.

If you have any other questions about becoming an administrator, please don't hesitate to ask me. Good luck!--Aervanath lives in the Orphanage 06:41, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Just blank out this article and create the correctly named page. This page will be deleted shortly after you blank the main page. Let me know if you have any other questions. MatthewYeager 09:03, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Kilmore Warhammer 40,000 championship requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. XXX antiuser 05:49, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Kilmore Warhammer 40,000 championship, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. - XXX antiuser 05:52, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: your message on my talk page. Does this championship meet the guidelines of WP:NOTE? I find it hard to believe given that only 7 people have signed up. Is this something you're organizing yourself? If so, then you have a conflict of interest. If the tournament is notable enough, someone else will create an article about it. Assumption College

[edit]

Hi,

just letting you know, I've had to your history edit for the Assumption College page. The material looks like a direct paste from the school's website, so is not considered free content under wikipedia policy. It also had claims on what will happen in the future, which really doesn't fit in with an encyclopedia. Cheers, Clovis Sangrail (talk) 04:15, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
