Basic Physics of the Violin

[edit]

Hi. I want to make sure that the article you created recently Basic Physics of the Violin isn't copied from some copyright source. It sure looks as though you cut and paste the text from somewhere since you still have an entry date of Jan. 2006 on it. Can you tell me where you copied it from? Thanks. Okay but I hope you appreciate the concern of Wikipedia to insure that we're not posting copyrighted material. The article does look pretty interesting but depending on where this article was originally published, the copyright might not belong to you anymore. I that is the case, I suggest you rewrite the material. If you are the holder of the copyright (that is if it was ever copyright at all) you should put a line in the talk page of the article explaining this. Also, when you have time you should consider wikifying the article and placing it into relevant categories. This will make it easier for readers to access the article and for editors to contribute.
