Your edits[edit]

Hi, welcome to the project. Just a little advice for you. Perhaps you could try to avoid subjective statements, with words such as beautiful or quaint, and try to keep each statement neutral and verifiable. Thanks, MSGJ (talk) 22:56, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Florianópolis. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 00:00, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Brazilian Dolls requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. De728631 (talk) 14:43, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

May 2010[edit]

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to Sharif Mobley‎. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. Epeefleche (talk) 09:31, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
