File permission problem with File:Pedro Thomas Ruiz de Velasco de la Madrid.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Pedro Thomas Ruiz de Velasco de la Madrid.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Verónica Ruiz de Velasco[edit]

I have deleted the private gallery content added to the article Art gallery, and tagged the article Verónica Ruiz de Velasco since neither contain reliable sources. An artist who has been exhibiting work for many years certainly must have been mentioned in a mainstream newspaper, or reviewed by a notable art critic. Veronica Ruiz de Velasco has been in substantial mainstream shows, newspapers, and National Museums. I have reviewed the decade old history and the references were removed. I have tried my best to relink them. Most notable reference lately is Judge Jeanine Pirro's FoxNews interview of Veronica in 2021 on National Fox TV Program. I have put the reference to Judge Jeanine's post on her her official instagram site. If I have time, I will investigate more references for this page. Pcash (talk) 05:51, 26 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, I cannot verify any sources that would substantiate a Wikipedia article. The editor that moved the references to the talk page so many years ago did so for the same reasons. When I google "Veronica Ruiz de Velasco" the results are links to her own galley website or social media postings. If ArtNews produced a video, there should be a link to it if it were released. Article content on "mainstream shows, newspapers, and National Museums" must be linked to verifiable secondary sources. Links to photographic copies of old news articles without full citations are questionable, as are Instagram postings. I have access to Newspaper Archive, and found nothing on her.
