Hi,

  1. Compose the page on a sub page of your user page. Like this: User:Peachyms/WikiAsianTravel. Click on the red link and start editing
  2. Read WP:N and WP:WEB, which are wikipedia's notability guidelines, and discuss how to determine if a page is notable. This is the most important step, because if the page is not notable, it should not be on wikipedia. Be very clear on the guidelines.
  3. Assemble all the reliable, independent sources you can find on the page. This includes newspaper stories, television specials, magazine stories, reliable websites, etc.
  4. Write the page on WAT, making sure it is about the notable aspects of the site. Just talking about the services it offers puts it in the realm of spam and can get the page deleted.
  5. Find some admins, ask them to read the page and see if they think it is notable enough to move to mainspace.

Note that I really, really doubt the page is notable at this point - it has less than 270 google hits, suggesting it is very new, and has received little attention. Pages can't be 'made' notable, the topic they report on is either a notable topic, or its not. This doesn't mean it can't be notable in the future, just that it's not right now.
