Your userpage looks cool. You're quite an interesting person!
It looks like you and Read456 are having a great time discovering Wikipedia, and I'm glad to see that. I find that "content work"—making articles better—is even more satisfying than chatting on user talk pages. (and Wikipedia isn't really supposed to be for socializing, anyway.) If you're interested in that kind of thing, I don't think I'm experienced enough to make a good tutorial but I've heard great things about The Wikipedia Adventure, so I recommend that. Also, if you consider yourself "young," our advice for younger editors is a must-read.
After you complete it, here's my suggestion: find something
- that interests you
- that is better-covered on Chinese Wikipedia or in Chinese-speaking sources than here on English Wikipedia
- that isn't likely to have received lots of attention already
and translate some of the Chinese information about it into the English article. Some examples that might interest you:
- A famous Chinese violist like Ziya Shen or Wenting Kang
- Feminism in China
- Taiwanese classical music
Good luck! I'll always be happy to help you out if there's something you don't understand, although as you may have noticed I'm not very active on Wikipedia and won't be for several months. The Teahouse and Help desk are very useful.
