Hello, Petersboston, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Help me!

Please help me with... I'm a bit confused about drafts vs sandbox. I was trying to create a new article so I put "User:Petersboston/Yankee Cruising Club (YCC)" on my main sandbox page. Before it was finished, the article was reviewed and deleted. I was not yet ready to have it reviewed and now all of my work was lost. How can I do this?

I thought that there was a way to create a new page in my "Sandbox" that would not be seen or reviewed until I was ready. I found instructions in the documentation that said that I could create a new sandbox page by using the same text that I used previously. Is there a way to do this? I thought that I saw instructions for this but can't find them again. I could use some help.

It sounds like you went through the right general procedure to start creating a new page. What you may not have realized that new pages, even in userspace, are still subject to Wikipedia rules and get patrolled regularly to make sure there are no violations. I can't see the deleted page, but I'll hazard a guess that you wrote your text first and were thinking that references could be added later. That's actually sort of backwards. It is very important to start with references and add the citations as you write.
