World Cup[edit]

Keep up your fantastic contributions to the 2009 Women's Cricket World Cup. There isn't much action on women's cricket articles and you additions are certainly needed.. :) Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 05:32, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also can you try and use and edit summary. ;) Aaroncrick(Tassie Boy talk) 05:34, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well done with the Women's World Cup results. I was at North Sydney to see England thrash India today. I did articles on all the England players in the past, but most other countries have few articles on even their current players. Maybe it might be worth making all the squad members who don't have articles red links, so encouraging people to start articles on them? Nick mallory (talk) 10:00, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

2009 Women's CWC[edit]

Hi Phósphoros, just thought I'd drop a quick note here (seeing as you're the major contributor) to say I've given 2009 Women's Cricket World Cup a spruce-up, it's now pretty much fully referenced and (almost) on a par with the 2007 Cricket World Cup article. I would be grateful though if you could give it a quick read-through to see if I've missed something obvious or made a massive cock-up though...! --AMBerry (t|c) 23:35, 14 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Female drivers[edit]

Hello, Phósphoros! The article List of female 24 Hours Le Mans drivers you started is amazing. Great work! Would you add the source of the list?

I guess you may be interested in List of female Formula One drivers and List of female Indy 500 drivers too. Also, I started a full article in Spanish called es:Mujeres en deportes de motor, featuring also drag racers, rally drivers, motorcycle riders and women outside the track. If you wish, you can translate it into English. Good luck! --NaBUru38 (talk) 13:59, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico en Electroquímica[edit]

Hello Phósphoros, this is a message from an automated bot to inform you that the page you created, Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico en Electroquímica, has been marked for speedy deletion by User:Stifle. This has been done because the page seems to be about a person, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant (see CSD). If you think the tag was placed in error, please add "{{hangon}}" to the page text, and edit the talk page to explain why the page should not be deleted. If you have a question about this bot, please ask it at User talk:SDPatrolBot II. If you have a question for the user who tagged the article, see User talk:Stifle. Proposed deletion of Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico en Electroquímica[edit]

The article Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico en Electroquímica has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No non-trivial coverage, does not appear to be notable.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Stifle (talk) 13:42, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Jerome d'Ambrosio[edit]

Hi Phósphoros,

I noticed you recently made this edit to Bretonbanquet's talk page, opposing Jerome d'Ambrosio's inclusion on the 2012 Formula One season page. Since you didn't actually sign your comment, Breton might not get back to you, so I've taken the liberty of giving you an answer myself, just in case (I'm sure Breton won't mind).

You stated your opposition to d'Ambrosio's inclusion because:

His participation isn't a fact. Before the weekend many things can happen, for example an illnes o injury.

You do raise a valid point - anything could happen to d'Ambrosio that could disqualify him from taking part in the Italian Grand Prix. However, using that logic, we could make a case for not starting the 2012 Italian Grand Prix page, because anything could happen to prevent it from taking place. However unlikely it might sound, a comet could hit the circuit tomorrow and wipe it off the face of the earth. Or a group of enviromental activists could firebomb the pit building. Anything could happen.

However, we can reasonably assume that the Italian Grand Prix will take place. It has been planned to take palce for months, the teams are en route to the circuit (if they're not there already), and there is no indication that anything will happen to prevent the Grand Prix from taking place at all.

In the same way, we can reasonably assume that d'Ambrosio will race for Lotus, even if he has not done so yet. Lotus have every intention of having d'Ambrosio race, d'Ambrosio has every intention of taking part in the Grand Prix, and there has been nothing to suggest that he cannot actually do it. If he were to get food poisoning tomorrow, then we will address that tomorrow. But for now, we can reasonably assume that he will take part in the race until such time as that actually changes. To remove him from the article because he might not is "crystal balling", which is speculating on future events that are unsubstantiated by references, and something that we cannot do. Hi there! Thanks for your help with my 2003 Race of Champions article. Because you are a native Spanish speaker, and the archived web pages of the Race of Champions are written in Spanish, I'd appreciate further help completing this article (along with previous Race of Champions events that took place in Gran Canaria) with Spanish text that I am unable to understand (being an English speaker). Race of Champions 2012[edit]

Hello,

I have nominated the article for DYK here, because I believe that the article shall make up for a valuable and interesting hook on the Did you Know. There are some concerns related to the article, mainly about the size of the prose. It will be good if you can help me around with expanding the prose of the article so we can make the article pass in DYK.

Thanks, TheOriginalSoni (talk) 05:04, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for 2012 Race of Champions[edit]

 — Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:03, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. It would seem that you have not made improvements of the 2012 Centrobasket game that has been left with lack of edits and improvement of overall quality of the page for nearly a year in 2012. I do not wish to offend you, but the quality of the page you have made has been severely substandard, since you have recently abandoned the page you have made and that no other users are willing to make sufficient improvements due to the substandard quality of the article. May I suggest that you would need time to improve the page of the 2012 Centrobasket and not just focus on other pages? Thank you for your time. 63.245.95.2 (talk) 14:30, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I highly doubt that the user Phósphoros is paying attention to the 2012 Centrobasket article as he is primarily focusing on articles that are related to motorsports, 63.245.95.2. 70.45.59.145 (talk) 00:26, 11 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
