Information icon Hello, I'm Rosbif73. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, List of accidents and incidents involving the Boeing 737, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Rosbif73 (talk) 06:17, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The airport was closed. I don’t need a reliable source as it is common knowledge. 2A02:C7C:70DB:5C00:55E2:CB64:3F64:5960 (talk) 06:27, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I suggest you read the referencing for beginners guide mentioned above and/or the reliable sources guideline, which tells us that Wikipedia articles should be based on reliable, independent, published sources with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy. "It is common knowledge" or "I am the source to this as I know it happened. I was watching" do not count! Rosbif73 (talk) 06:48, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I see you've found a source – thanks for that. For future reference, note that while self-published sources such as tweets are acceptable in certain circumstances, independent sources are always preferable. I've updated the article to cite a BBC News report which incidentally also gave the exact time of reopening (whereas the tweet was posted before the actual reopening). Kindly don’t change it. The airport reopened after 12 noon. It didn’t reopen the next morning Philb1984 (talk) 09:26, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
There were no flights which left in the morning. They were all cancelled Philb1984 (talk) 09:26, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Actually cancel that. Apologies Philb1984 (talk) 09:27, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

AFC CREWE moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to AFC CREWE. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and it has no text. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 14:48, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
