Copy-n-Paste Moves

[edit]

Please do not make copy-n-paste moves as you did with Robert Greene to Robert Greene (16th century). Copy-n-paste moves shouldn't be done as they disassociate the edit history which causes GFDL compliance issues. If you cannot move the page yourself, you can request admin assistance at WP:RM. I have fixed this case. However, neither individual seems the primary usage, so it doesn't appear that there should be a redirect to either individual. As such, I have also moved Robert Greene (disambiguation) to Robert Greene. If you have further questions, let me know. Thanks. -- JLaTondre 19:53, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That was before I fixed all the links that used to point to Robert Greene to now point to Robert Greene (16th century). There were over 90 which is far more than those for Robert Greene (author). Simply because something is old does not mean that people or no longer interested in it. The 16th century Greene is far more notable. -- JLaTondre 22:11, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Kwrlogo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kwrlogo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:15, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
