Getting Started on Wikipedia, Help with watchlist[edit]

Hi, I am just wondering what something on the watch list means. It is the little number at the bottom in brackets (eg (+412) or (-86) ) They are either in green or in red, what do they mean? - I would be grateful for help. Many Thanks Photon64 (talk) 16:35, 27 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
