Thank you for your constructive edits![edit]

When I see your name "Pinkyperky" in the edit history - I am happy to know that someone has caught my mistakes or other editors mistakes on the pages I like to work on! Your latest catch, Blair for Robin! Thank you! It wasn't a typo on my part, and I know them apart...I had a Freudian slip, I was looking at Blair, and thinking of Robin....hahaha. But now we cannot see either of them on the show anymore. I wish them the very best in their careers. Wikipedia needs more thoughtful editors like you, who do the final editing, going over all the little details and making it right! Thanks for your great saves!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 17:42, 12 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnielou2013! Sorry for the late reply but thank you for the lovely comment, I'm always happy to help edit anything if possible! I was just rewatching that episode when I decided to look through the summary to make sure I understood what was happening hahaha. It was a shame when I heard that they were leaving the show, and just like you mentioned, I also wish them the very best in their careers. Glad to know that someone's appreciated my editing on Wikipedia! Thanks again for the comment! -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 13:42, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information needs references![edit]

Hi Pinkyperky - today you made me do a little more work than I planned to do! When you enter information on a Wikipedia page, you must list the source of the information, like a newspaper or magazine, which is called a "reference". I have found a source and added it to your sentence, which I changed slightly.

I know that someone entered the Australia trip cast information already, on the chart section and did this without adding a reference. It is not correct to do that either, but charts and summaries do not receive as much attention from patrolling Editors and Administrators, who may take unreferenced work down.

If you have never done a reference, you can come to my Talk page and ask me any questions about how to do it, or how to do anything else. Here is my Talk page [1] You can see that I make a lot of mistakes, cause the automated Bots leave me messages there. The Korean references are a little more tricky than the English ones. Also, if possible, I always put the name of the author of the source.

Next time you want to add something, I can show you how to do the reference on my Talk page, then you can add the sentence and the reference to the page, and it will be your work!!

I appreciate you helping out on the pages that I edit, too! Talk to me anytime!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:16, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. - I just saw your last message to me, I'm sorry I didn't answer - it didn't ping me, as usual, so I missed it! You're welcome! Since you are interested and so attentive, you will be great to help out when I can't get to the pages to do updates in time!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:21, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Also, if you open up your user page, which creates it, you can write something about yourself there. This will turn your red name to blue, which will indicate that you have been using WP for a while, and want to communicate with other editors (it doesn't exactly mean that, but somewhat - you will see nearly all long-time editors have a User page and the blue inked name!)--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:34, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! Apologies for not adding in references to the information! I didn't realize until you've told me, and I'll make sure that I can add references in the future. Next time there is new information that I want to add, I'll come by your Talk page to chat about adding references, like you mentioned, as I'm not good with it. I'm grateful to have been helpful to help update the pages! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 11:34, 5 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I've just opened up my user page and I've added simple details. Thank you for the information regarding user pages, I'll add some more information in the future. Thank you for being such a kind and helpful person when it comes to being on Wikipedia! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 11:37, 5 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You are very welcome! Your User page looks great! I added "Edits of Interest", which will distinguish that these are pages you "edit", as opposed to pages you "created".

I see that you are Korean! There are two more Korean editors who help monitor Non-Summit and Where Is My Friend's Home, and I watch for their English translations and one helps me a lot with my Korean translations! hahaha! We are all working together! Welcome!!!! I do not know very much about WP and am also getting corrections and help all the time, from many editors. That's what makes it fun! Good night to you, good morning to me!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 13:24, 5 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. - here is a list of the colors for WP. Since you like PINK I thought you may want to pick one! [2] Carnation Pink #FFA6C9 on this page [3] is very pretty, Pinkyperky!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 18:50, 5 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Where Is My Friend's Home?[edit]

Pinkyperky0628 please look at Episode 27 of 내 친구의 집은 어디인가 - I need help to write this one. I don't have English subtitles. They go first to Gongju right? Let's write this one together. You tell me where they go, I will put the sentences and links together, and show you how to post it on the page (in your name)! Thanks --Bonnielou2013 (talk) 19:25, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnielou2013! I'd be willing to help. This episode is a tricky one to translate... -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 13:05, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, they go to Gongju, their first major destination. They visit Gongsanseong Fortress, a part of Ungjin in Gongju, to learn of it's history as well as playing a treasure hunt game. After the visit, the cast members travel to nearby Gomnaru (literal meaning: "bear port") and have a picnic. There, Professor Yoo Hong-jun talks about the how the place got it's name. Still in Gongju, the members next visit the Tomb of King Muryeong and burial mounds, detailing it's accidental excavation in 1971. They visit a museum in the area focusing on the royal tomb, and are fascinated with the structure of the tomb's architecture and it's interiors. The next stop is Buyeo County, the capital of the kingdom of Baekje. They visit the Five storied stone pagoda of Jeongnimsa Temple site and learn of it's history and importance. Finally, the cast travel to Professor Yoo's house in Bangyo Village, located within the county. The eight members meet Yoo's wife, and tells them the story of how they first met. The episode ends with the cast members having fun at a local waterfall. -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 14:06, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I hope this helped quite a lot! Thanks for asking for help! I quite appreciate it -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 14:13, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Pinkyperky! I just saw this! (when you reply on your page - enclose my name with brackets, which will notify me!) This is brilliant! (yes, this was the hardest Episode to translate - the camera men did not photograph any of the names of the places they go to, as usual!!)

Now, what YOU MUST DO! - go to my brief update on Episode 27 and change the paragraphs and sentences to add in your information, as you like. The references are already there (the JTBC summary one) and the one for Professor Yoo's romantic story of his wife. I may add another one when you are finished. When a person is mentioned before, like Professor Yoo, do not bracket his name again, or put his first name. (also, with the two Yoo's, this is easy - he is Professor Yoo.)

When you make the changes and updates, at the bottom of the page in "EDIT SUMMARY" - put a note like "updated trip historical visits" or something like that - WP editors monitor that you put an edit summary.

Then save page - and the changes will be in your name - your first major EDIT!!!

What I do for a large edit like this: I will open up the edit for Episode 27 and copy it (only). CLICK OPEN YOUR SANDBOX (your practice page) and paste Episode 27 there. You can then add all your changes and PREVIEW as if it is the real page. You may either SAVE your page (if you do, others may also look at it and you must note at the top that it is a DRAFT or PRACTICE PAGE). I don't save mine, I like to copy and paste my work in my own account (E-mail draft - or Word document on my computer) and copy it back to my SANDBOX when I am ready to make changes, preview, and prepare to upload to the real page. ****If you spend too long editing a real page, someone may start another edit and the information you added may be lost in "Conflict of Saving Edits" or something like that - this is why I like to have most of my work done elsewhere, and then copy and paste to the main page.

Please make the changes, and ask me if you have any questions. I will review the final version for us. Don't worry - all the older edits are kept as a permanent record on the page, and you can always put things back, if you make a mistake! Thank you!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 17:31, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. - next week you must write Episode 28 by yourself (do the Ep. Scenario edit as soon as possible (if you see a tv preview - you may do it before the show is on tv - then finish the complete Episode update in a day or as soon as possible after the show) and I will edit for you, if needed! (it took me about 2 hours to find the "Five storied stone pagoda of Jeongnimsa Temple site" with just a picture!!! hahaha!!! I looked at your Talk Page several times, but didn't see an answer - then did the Ep. 27 with what I could find. Thanks so much! I am trying to finish some other work on WP, and when this took me so long to do - I was very frustrated, so glad you are my teammate now!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 18:10, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your additions to Ep. 27 made it perfect! Now, (if you accept this mission)! start to prepare your search for references for this Saturday's show. JTBC will do a "preview" with the "video" only sometimes - and follow up with a written "summary" usually the day the show airs. This is a good reference since they often detail the whole show. But, it's best to use newspaper articles that detail the episode. You will be able to get more out of them than me. The one English source that does most articles is BNT News (which is reprinted by Yahoo! News Singapore a lot). I google (any search engine) the name of the show and limit to last 24 hours or last week.

Look at Ep. 27 to see how I did the multiple links for JTBC. You attach the complete reference to the first quote,...removed actual reference which kept popping up below...(with the new URL from this week's show and change Title to Ep. 28) then add the other tag(removed) to the additional quotes included by this reference. The difference within the "html" typing of the attached, shortened ref name is only /, which is added. (you must open up the edits for this Talk page to see how these references are done)

JTBC's preview is a "primary" source, and it is better to use "secondary" sources for the references, such as newspaper and magazine articles, if available. WP discourages use of the primary source, but I have observed on TV show pages, the standard might be slightly relaxed, with the detailing of episode information.

When using a source that lists another source as a reference, (like the Yahoo! News Singapore and BNT News example above) try to locate the original news article to use or list both as a reference, like I do sometimes, ie. |publisher=Yahoo! News Singapore/BNT News, or ie. |publisher=The Korea Herald/Yonhap

If the source does not have an author (the section after (ref), which is (last=) and (first=), then delete this section (as in the JTBC example above), and if the published date is not listed, you may delete that section, too. The vital sections are all the rest, and the reference will not show up as completed without these. You will see the large red writing in the reference Preview to show you have a problem.

If you are editing a Section of the page only, you will not be able to review the references as a (Preview) at the bottom, to see that they are showing up OK. So, it is best to click the Edit button for the entire page, if you are adding information with a Reference attached. If you are doing a minor edit, you can just click open the Section.

Also, if you do a (Minor edit) only, click this at the bottom of the page. Minor edits are typo corrections, grammar, etc.

The references cause the most problems, even if they are missing one | or one / where they are supposed to be. The problem will not allow your other page additions after it to show.

You, also must put the reference (with no spaces) next to the page typing before it, or some text may not show up. After the reference, it is standard to leave one space and then proceed with the rest of the page typing.

I use the English WP style of listing dates on references, July 8, 2015. But, if you are adding to pages that others from around the world started, try to match their style of date entry, ie. 8 July 2015, or 2015-07-08. Look at their reference list to see which is most used and try to match it.

We cannot use information from another WP page as a reference. For instance, Professor Yoo has a WP page 유홍준, but I attached a Reference unrelated to the TV show, which detailed who Prof. Yoo was (I found one in English which was easier for me - you may find more details in the Korean news articles for each Episode than I can.)

I try not to use JoongAng Ilbo as a reference, or any of it's subsidiaries, as they are shareholders of JTBC (as other newspapers own other TV stations). General information about the show is fine, but it may appear a biased reference, if it is a favorable review or "advertisement" sounding articles. And, we are supposed to be Impartial Editors on WP (as if we would spend all this time typing for this TV show, if we didn't like it, hahaha!)

Enough for today!

P.S. I apologize, you are bracketing my name to notify me properly - but this isn't working, for some reason - WP fail! --- I will check back daily to see if you have questions. Also, you may email me bonnielou2012@gmail.com with anything!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 16:20, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnielou2013! Sorry for the delay, this week's episode took me quite a while to translate as well as putting it altogether in sentences... But it's finally finished! I did the best I could, and thanks to you, I now understand how to add references. Thankfully, some articles related to this week's episode popped up just in time for me to add as references into the page. I feel great working on my first major edit and it's become A LOT easier thanks to you. --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 08:00, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It's perfect PinkyPerfect!!! And for once, I was able to watch the Episode today and have fun, without all the searching on Google! hahaha!!!

I looked it over and made the following changes:

1. Reference (#120) - I added the "ref name="Ep 28" and "ref name="Ep 28/" (with brackets) which is for using this reference multiple times. For the sentences that had no references, I put this one (as it is the main source of JTBC's summary and previews). This gives (#120) an (a,b,c,d) on the page - and if you click it open at either of the 4 places - it will link you to the same reference.

2. Reference (#122) - This is an example of a news article which references another source. The publishing news source is JoongAng Ilbo - but they use an article which was first printed by Newsen and written by Kim, Yoon-Jung......so I put the author's name and combine the two sources: JoonAng Ilbo/Newsen

3. Reference (#125) - The same here - JoongAng Ilbo/Newsen and written by Kim, Yun (Yoon) Jung

4. Removed the (space) before every reference. Just leave one space after the reference.

5. One sentence wording I changed "thank the villagers for inviting them over at their town" to "thank the villagers for inviting them to their town".

6. Added link to fan in last sentence.

7. Changed Japanese link to Japanese people which went to the disambiguation page. An automated WP "bot" or editor would eventually correct this mistake.

You are doing a great job! Next time, you may not need to add so many references, the JTBC one used multiple times, is good, or using multiple links for 2 or 3 newspaper references. I try to use other news sources, as I said, because JoongAng Ilbo and JTBC are basically the same company.

I will add a quick Episode Summary at the top section - you can do it next time! Now we're off to Australia next!!!! Thanks for the great teamwork! Success!

Oh, question - could you look at this section I added before (after France trip) and see what Rating this is - because it is different than the Nielsen rating, right?

Reception - "The ratings reached their highest at 5.3%, on Episode 23, on the first episode in Canada, where the cast visit Niagara Falls and Toronto." The reference I used was (#131). I later saw the Korean WP put 3.7%, and that's why I didn't update the ratings. Can you understand what this 5.3% is? If it is wrong - I will delete this section. Thanks!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 10:31, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! Thank you for the few changes, I'll make sure that the references aren't mostly JoongAng Ilbo and JTBC next time. I also noticed the ratings as well, the Korean WP says it's 3.7% but the information has been disputed amongst various news websites, some stating that the first Canada episode had the highest and some stated the trip to Italy had the highest ratings. I'm not too sure whether it's wrong, but I added the 3.7% rating just in case. Nothing comes up on the Nielsen Korea website, so I'm going to assume the rating is either 5.3% or 3.7%. --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 11:26, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I took off the highest rating note - we can add it later, when it is more clear, or any other "good" reception reports, etc.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:58, 25 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Australia trip![edit]

Hi Pinky, I'm just catching up on the Episode! I confess to you that I found Non-Summit from being a fan of Cross Gene, so this episode with Takuya is so special for me! That makes me a "biased" WP editor, hahaha!!!

How are you doing on your update! Lots of work, right! Let me know if you need help!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 00:56, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie, the section for the latest episode is done! Just finished adding some final touches as well as updating other sections of the page. Hope you like it! This week's episode was so much fun, and I didn't know you were a fan of Takuya ^_^ -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 08:44, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations PinkyPerkyPerfect! It looks great! I will fix the multiple reference links, with the JTBC source, like last time. I am so happy to share all this work with someone who is so happy to do it! Yes, I am fans of the whole Cross Gene group, not just Takuya - happy to see him on the show again!

But, this time, wasn't it really a mystery where Yoo came from in the airport in Sydney! hahaha! He wasn't on the plane! The show has a lot of logistics to work out each week, hahaha!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 15:36, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. Korean Air (they tried to hide the name part of the time) is a great airline, really the best, but their 비빔밥 is not the best! Lindemann tried to help it with the 고추장 and water or tea?...but it doesn't help..hahaha!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 16:04, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! I'm glad you like it! Cool to see you like Cross Gene! According to some comments on Where Is My Friend's Home Instagram page, after the episode people assumed that Yoo was in business class, which was why we didn't see him in the plane. I'm not a fan of Korean Air's 비빔밥 either. I guess Lindemann was trying to convince us otherwise, but it wasn't working... hahaha! -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 16:43, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Oops, I deleted the KA comment which I thought might be in bad taste - (can I say "macadamia nuts"?). At Incheon, they play Cross Gene's "Holiday" song from their newest cd, their music is great - but longtime fans know they don't get the best breaks with choreographers and their entertainment company - everyone can't be with SM, hahaha. Maybe Yoo was beamed aboard - like in Star Trek!!! I really love Where Is My Friend's Home!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 17:37, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Oh hahaha yeah the Korean Air comment... That's cool! I'll get a chance to listen to it when I have the time! I can't wait for the next episodes! -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 04:47, 31 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

PinkyPerkyPerfect!!!!! Fighting!!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 04:12, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Bonnie!!! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 10:42, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky, the bot "Yobot" has made corrections. As I advised, put the Reference (with no space) next to the writing before it. Look at what the Bot changed, and ask me if you still don't understand. It's just how they like it to be typed, no problem!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 07:01, 7 September 2015 (UTC) The "Bot" is an automated software that some editors use to help make corrections. I always thank them, if possible!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 07:05, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi PinkyPerky, great job as usual! I'm just watching the last of the episode (without subtitles!). I have made the same correction as the automated Bot last week, I deleted the extra space you are leaving before the References. Also, if you would like for me to go over the English sentences and make edits to make them more concise and shorter for WP purposes, please give me permission to do this! I am so happy to watch the Episode without worry over posting the WP update. I can't thank you enough!!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 02:57, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! This was probably the fastest update I've done, I'll probably update the section with some more references when they come online. You're always welcome to edit my sentences anytime! -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 05:17, 13 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky! I haven't had a chance to go over the sentences to trim. It was a great job, anyway!

I added a reference for the Germany trip update you added. Please remember to always put a reference for your work - administrators and other editors monitor the pages and will start to take down unreferenced information and may start to make major changes to the page when they are doing this. But thanks for catching the Germany update!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 00:34, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hahaha! I just saw the chain of events for the 9th Trip to Germany! Editor Kanghuitari started the section - then Yobot (automated Bot) tagged it an Empty Section - then you put the details about Lindemann - then I added the reference! (Question? How many WP editors does it take to change a light bulb? The answer is 3! hahaha!:)--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 02:04, 18 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

New page of List of Where Is My Friend's Home episodes[edit]

Hi Pinky! Yes, I should have done the new page for episodes before you started updating, as the page was getting too long.

It lost your name, but your work is still documented on the main page for Where Is My Friend's Home. (I should have transferred my edited Episodes and then notified you to transfer yours, I'm sorry.) The other one I did, for Non-Summit, all the episode updates were done by me, so I forgot about the switch-over excluding your name - but other editors know how the LIST page came from the main page. Also, this is not a real easy thing to do, you have to make sure all the references are intact for both the page you leave, and the page you add. It takes some tedious work separating them.

Thank you for understanding! And yes, it will be easier to do updates, but you still have to go to Main page for the shorter summary!

Anyway - great update on Ep. 32, I trimmed your sentences some (I always trim and trim my own updates until they are smaller than when I first start) - and added some links.

Also, one correction - you are putting your punctuation "after" the references - always put it "before" the references. Thanks again for all your hard work! The funniest part of Ep. 32 was the dance with Lindemann and Zhang - they were pretty good together!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 02:59, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie! It's alright about the page, I really like it! Thank you for trimming down on my update, I was confused about where to add the punctuation with the references. I'll keep up to that for next week's episode. I also enjoyed Lindemann and Zhang's performance - pretty hilarious yet really good as well! Hahaha! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 07:08, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky Perky! Are you back this week? Hope you had a good trip! I am just watching Ep. 36. Do I need to take notes and update this week, too? Thanks!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 11:59, 18 October 2015 (UTC) I went on and did the updates for this week. For the week of October 31 and November 7, I will be out of town and hope you can do them then, please!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:37, 18 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Sorry for not replying earlier! I'm back from my trip and it was wonderful! Sure, I'll do the episodes for the next two weeks, hope you have a great trip! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 11:53, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Pinky! Glad you're back - the 2 weeks refreshed my memory on how much work you are doing!!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:09, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! Sorry for the delay in replying - just realized that the episodes will start airing on Wednesdays starting from the 28th.... I really liked the show being aired on Saturdays though.... Anyway have a great trip again! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 03:50, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Pinky! I didn't know the time changed either! I'm sorry the time is not good for you. I wonder why they changed? Anyway, I'll be online some - so please send any questions and I will answer! Thanks again.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 19:29, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky! I logged on to do some work on Non-Summit and looked over all your many wonderful additions to Where is my Friend's Home. I added a reference for comedian Jang Dong-min note you added. Remember, if you leave un-referenced information "it is said" then everyone will start to do this, too - then it will get very messy - and WP editors will punish us!!! hahaha!!! Have a Happy winter holiday season!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 20:07, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Happy holidays Pinky!
Best wishes for joy and prosperity.

--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 20:19, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Sorry about that, I searched up any news I could find about him joining the cast but was unable to do so... Thank you for finding one!! Hope you have a happy and wonderful holiday season too!! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 11:12, 30 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky!!!! I think we are on-line at the same time for once! I should be the one thanking you! You are the main writer for WIMFH now, anyway! Thank you so much! Yes, I do the newspaper article searches mainly on Google (although I search all engines) - and I do a broad one using only 내 친구의 집은 어디인가 and the name of the person (in Korean), that I am looking for. Also, limit the date search for a month or less (if it is a recent article).

I am trying to catch up on year end stuff for some pages I work on. WIMFH is doing so well, with your wonderful contributions!!!! I am so happy they are keeping some of the cast members who used to be on Non-Summit!!! Now if we could just get Takuya back on the show.....hahahaha!!!! Love and happy holidays to you Pinky, my friend across the world!!!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 13:56, 30 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the wonderful comments Bonnie! I should be thanking you too, for helping me on how to edit the articles! I'll make sure to limit the date search for recent articles. Good luck with your year end stuff, and I am so glad that the show allowed us to see more of the old cast of Non-Summit too! Hahaha, yes, if only Takuya can only be back!!! Happy holidays to you too and have a wonderful new years!!!--Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 02:39, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky! How's it going?[edit]

Hi Pinky! I'm sorry I haven't talked to you in a while - I wanted you to feel your independence on editing My Friends by yourself! Let me know if you need help!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 01:59, 6 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie! It's alright, it's just that I've haven't had the time to edit the page recently but now I'm working on it! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 07:11, 6 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I wasn't rushing you - I'm late on Non-Summit updates sometimes, too! If you like, I will try to go through some of your updates and cut out some wording (WP calls it trimming). The page size in bytes is getting to be big! But your write-ups are so interesting!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 23:16, 6 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky, is everything OK? I hope you are not mad at me about talking about the page trimming? I will help out if you need me to this week for the update. I am terrified you will stop doing it!!! I know it is a lot of fun to do, but it also takes a lot of your time. Let me know!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 21:45, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! So sorry for the delay, I really don't mind about the page trimming at all, sorry I didn't mention earlier! It's just that I've been so busy with studies lately that I've haven't had the time to edit the page. --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 13:30, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OMG! You scared me! I, too am so busy with the other WP obligations that I was afraid you were gone! I need to watch the Jeju episodes, though - I got to go there in November with friends from Seoul - I went to the KCON USA K-pop concert - my first time - and it is held in USA every year! I update the page, too - KCON (music festival). The orange groves were so much fun! I loved the orange ice creams!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 17:44, 23 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hahaha, sorry about that! That's pretty cool, it's weird that I haven't been to Jeju in such a long time, even though I fly back to Korea every summer! I'm planning to see if I can visit the island again this year! The orange chocolates are also pretty good too ^^ --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 12:21, 24th February 2016 (UTC)

USA trip #13!!!![edit]

Hi Pinky!!!! How have you been? I've been so busy that I have not kept up with this show properly! You have been working hard! Nonsummit has so many interns, I feel like it is so much writing like doing Where is my Friend's Home!!! I'm so excited for today's show! Let me know if you are tired and want to take a break - as I will be watching it anyway, I could do the episode for this week, if you want to take a rest! But, I see there was no show on April 1? Did something else happen that night? I have been so out of touch - since I have been busy with other writing! Let me know my friend!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 01:26, 8 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie!! I'm good! It's been quite a while, how are you? I'm so excited for the USA trip as well! It's alright, I can handle it, less work haha! JTBC didn't air an episode last week since they changed the timing from Sundays to Fridays now, I think due to new variety shows/dramas airing. I'm not sure if you heard, but the USA trip will be the last trip before the show stops airing for a while... not sure when until, which I'm so sad about!! Anyway, it's been great talking and I hope you have a great weekend!! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 15:44, 8 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Pinky, no I didn't know they will take a break! Yes, I know you are sad! They will come back, for sure! This travel around the world has to be expensive for JTBC! Even if they did more counties of South Korea, that would be good - it was very educational. I have to watch the show now! I love NYC but I haven't been to the Statute of Liberty or Staten Island or Santa Monica where they go later - the U.S. is so big! I'm amazed they went everywhere! Talk to you later!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 16:54, 8 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again Pinky I added the total (Ratings and scheduling changes) with a reference here: [4] It says the Sunday schedule was at 9:40 a.m. (in the mornings????) - is this correct, in the mornings? Also, does this article say that Season One is ending with the United States - or is it beginning Season Two with the United States. I don't understand.

I would like to add a note about Season One ending, but can only find this other from (Citizen journalists).[5] Again, is Season One ending with the United States (13th) trip - or is this the beginning of Season Two? If you can find a reference, please let me know. I will update all the headings for the page to show trips 1-13 for Season One. Thanks! Since it sounds like a rumor, I do not like to put it till several newspapers and/or JTBC announce it.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 19:42, 9 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie! It probably says it airs in morning if you live in the U.S., since it airs evening in Korea. So technically it is correct... The article you sent me says that the United States trip will end Season One, and that the crew are taking a break in order to prepare for Season Two. I was only able to find two articles about Season One ending but since neither were published by JTBC/JoongAng Ilbo, then I don't know whether it's actually true. Maybe the final episode of the U.S. trip could answer our questions later? --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 01:09, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Pinky, yes let's wait to see what comes in the news later. Thanks!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 02:54, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Question on translation - Nonsummit[edit]

Hi Pinky Perky! Long time no talk! Can you please look at my last changes on Nonsummit about cast, production staff and Tyler Rasch and see if I understood this correctly? Especially what the reviewer said about Tyler. [6] Thanks, I've missed talking to you! What have you been up to?--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 01:50, 13 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie! Long time no talk too! I've just read the review about Tyler, and it's an excellent translation! I've looked over at the other articles regarding the cast and production staff changes, and I don't think there needs to be any changes to it. It's disappointing to see the members go, but I'm still excited to see what the show might be bringing next. Anyway, I've been busy with school deadlines and assignments lately and so I haven't really checked back through Wikipedia for a while... How are you doing? -- Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 03:39, 14 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again Pinky Perky! I just saw this today - thank you for looking it over. Yes, it will be interesting - the new cast was announced yesterday - Mark Tetto from your show! It looks like the new cast is more businessmen than before. And with a new PD - things may be different - but I liked the old show, though. Thanks for your help, as always! Good luck with school!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 23:33, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pinky Perky! I miss you and don't want you to leave WP! So I'm going to ask for your help, to get you involved again! Please, if you have time, could you try to figure out the situation on the Non-Summit representatives. The new Chinese rep. Mao Yifeng has been missing since Ep 104 and the intern Christian Burgos from Mexico seems to have taken over his spot. It is causing "edit wars" (and I'm involved....hahaha!) on the page! I would like to find a reference that explains what is going on - they never said on the show, I think. I think the show is hanging in there - are you still watching? And are you watching Babel 250, as well? Miss you!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 20:17, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie! Apologies for the late reponse, it's just that school has taken over my time now (with it being my final year in high school) and I haven't had the chance to catch up on all episodes that I missed. I noticed Mao was missing from ep 105 oneards and I wasn't sure why... I've tried searching for sources and references from news articles stating reasons but nothing shows up... Anyway, I've been embracing the newest set of cast members and I do still watch the show whenever I can. I haven't watched Babel 250 yet, but I'll definitely watch as soon as my studies are over ^^ Hope you are having a great time! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 17:44, 8 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oh Pinky Perky! I didn't see your reply to me here! Sorry! Babel 250 was very entertaining - Season 1 is finished. Yes, I like the new Non-Summit....more topics and moves faster...(but less skits and entertainment). The new Chinese guy has wonderful facial expressions! hahaha! I like all the cast now. Yes, Mao disappeared! Good luck with finishing your schooling, and thanks for trying to locate the article.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 00:30, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Pinky, I miss you![edit]

Hi, my dear Pinky, I have to tell you as we near the end of the year. I remember the work that I did with you on WP as the most happy time for me! I hope you are well! I think you are busy with your life, but I wish you could come back to some small work on WP! Then we could talk and have fun again! Non-Summit goes on, as usual...and I think they are stronger now in their topics and presentation. A valuable asset to the global community! Miss you, so much.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 10:40, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnie! Long time no talk! I hope you have had a wonderful Christmas and new years! I'm so sorry I was unable to see your message until now! I haven't been able to catch up to the Non-Summit episodes recently due to work and upcoming finals... I have managed to watch one or two episodes though, and it seems like they talk about a lot of serious issues now, which I quite enjoy but I miss the times when the show talked about topics that were quite fun! I've missed you too, I'll try and work on the Non-Summit WP page when I'm completed with work! Best of luck in any endeavors! --Pinkyperky0628 (talk) 11:40, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Pinky Perky!, so happy to hear from you! Yes, I am learning my world civics from them now! All the best to you and your school work!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 06:01, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
