ArbCom 2019 election voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Volunteer Marek topic ban

Volunteer Marek is topic banned from WWII history in Poland. The ban was imposed here. Volunteer Marek was blocked for breaking this ban over here. Volunteer Marek broke his topic ban over a hundred times when reverting your edits on February 2nd, for example: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10]. The venue to report this is WP:AE. At the minimum you want him to stop, but you may also want to ask for a 1-way interaction ban so that this harassment stops.Mr. Roger Smith (talk) 19:10, 3 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

User:PiotruśW your edits looked a lot like edits of an indefinetly banned user User:Kaiser von Europa. Looking at it again it seems to me... you're not him, but you're going through and undoing his edits (along with some other stuff), which is why the two of you have edited hundreds of the same obscure articles. I do not think Volunteer Marek is bothering me. His edits are to pages of Polish towns and villages, not Polish history. So I do not need to report. Thank you. PiotruśW (talk) 05:42, 16 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
