Hello. Your Rfa is going to fail and I'd bet the "re-apply in a few months" won't be much comfort, so I'd like to offer two, hopefully more soothing, observations.

First, remember that RfAs often fail on the slightest perceived fault, because many participants spend little if any time examining the candidate in depth. So don't let frustration turn into "so why should I get involved if these idiots don't value my contributions?"

It's indisputable that, for example, Countess Antonia of Castell-Castell is in line (she's currently listed as 1337) - but it is unlikely that she is actually no. 1337 (considering the number of possible additions, deletions, and errors in the first 1300). You've put red and yellow because those are the colours of the flag of Spain; I've done the same thing with Template:Infobox Norwegian Royalty because I couldn't think of any other colour that would make sense. Because of my lack of imagination Infobox Norwegian Royalty looks horrible, and now Infobox Spanish Royalty doesn't look so good either. Letters in colour generally look bad. IDR

Hello, Morhange! I am actually glad you're asking. It all started with Greek royalty. You see, I found Template:Infobox Greek Royalty unnecessary, since every Greek royal is also a Danish royal. So, I redirected Template:Infobox Greek Royalty to Template:Infobox Danish Royalty and changed IDR's colour to blue, since it can be used for both Greek and Danish royals (I though blue is appropriate because it seems to be the dominant colour of both Coat of arms of Denmark and Coat of arms of Greece). Changing IDR's colour allowed me to get rid of the ugly shade of orange which was used by Infobox Norwegian Royalty and change INR's colour to red. Thurn und Taxis

You reverted the addition of the legal name of Albert Prinz von Thurn und Taxis with the comment "as head of the family, his legal surname is furst von t&t, not prinz". This is however not true. Since all royal titles were declared void by law in Germany in 1919, it has been legal to carry such titles only as an integral part of the family name (i.e. not different to any Müller or Bauer). In the case of Thurn und Taxis this is in the form of Prinz von Thurn und Taxis. It is irrelevant if Albert himself would be "Prinz" or "Fürst" if the royal titles still would legally exist. His legal surname is nevertheless Prinz von Thurn und Taxis, not Fürst von Thurn und Taxis (and also not von Thurn und Taxis) - just like with the rest of his family. -134.93.52.128 (talk) 17:14, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

Rankings

I would suggest you put the tennis rankings of Davis Cup semifinalists back in. We have rankings in individual player pages all over the place, and have had them in these articles forever. Now, of all times, as the hits on the page are the greatest -- you want to delete them? That is counterinuitive to me. How did you find current points for this edit? I suppose some values being wrong. For example, I have counted points for Cilic and have obtained 2025 points. It seems that his 2195 points are wrong, because he has earned 300 points in Beijing and should be at 13th place in the previous table with 2195 − 300 = 1895 points, but he's absent there. Victoria's descendants

Hello and season's greetings. This is just to let you know that I've been thinking on the same lines as you in cataloguing the descendants of Queen Victoria. Grandchildren of Victoria and Albert is such an orphan article (with few links from other articles) that it's only by a chance search in the search box that I found that much of the work I'd been contemplating had already been done. You can see that I've been doing a lot of formatting and trying to add details like dates. What you may not know is that a list very similar to your work-in-progress (and which I'd earlier been contemplating converting to Wikipedia form) on descendants of Victoria is already available (with dates, marriages and offspring) in almost any edition of Whitaker's Almanack, of which the latest one I own is 1999's. (I also have a reprint of the 1900 Whitaker's and some others from the early 1990's). But Ohio must have dozens if not hundreds of Whitaker's (a standard British reference equivalent to The World Almanac and Book of Facts or Le Petit Larousse) scattered around her libraries. I'd be glad to swap or share any information. If you'd like me to add anything to your user page on Victoria's descendants, let me know that, too. Hi. I see you once moved the article Line of succession to the Lesothan throne, to remove the capital T from throne. Could you move the article to Line of succession to the Mosotho throne? Royal titles

Hello,

I don't wana fight but I'm afraid you stick to a concept that is unjustified. You write articles as if royal and noble titles were gained by birth. That is wrong.

The Gotha Almanach itself clarifies that it is based on national laws and also on international law (like Vienna Treaty). Therefore all the titles are not natural and eternal but are subject to law, national and international. This means, articles in WP cannot be written as if there were no legal acts concerning thrones and titles.

Furthermore, Habsburgs themselves recognise these laws and do not use titles. This makes absurd your wording of the articles.

I know in America it is popular game making huge family trees and taking pride in that. But it is just a game. In Hungary, many people speak in everyday life as if Hungary were as bg as 100 years ago and ignore any change of international borders or birth of new nations since that. Sometimes they try to influence WP articles that way. But this is the same game.

I summerize my point: WP cannot ignore national and international law on titles.

It has come to my attention that all the articles for the Princes and Princesses of Bourbon-Two Sicilies were unilaterally redirected to articles where they are titled Princes and Princesses of the Two Sicilies without there being any discussion or consensus reached with other editors? Infobox royalty

Rather than simply adding |styles= to {{Infobox royalty}}, I suggest we create separate parameters for prefixes and suffixes, like those in {{Infobox person}}, even if we display them as you currently have the former.
