Tacheng's ethnic breakdown in the 2010 Census was only 3.2% Uyghur, trailing behind more than the Hui (which was more than double the Uyghur population), Kazakh, and Han. This, along with Dzungaria's lesser Uyghur concentration, makes it not uncontroversial to claim Uyghurs form a majority, or even a plurality, in Huyanghe, which is geographically in Tacheng. Hi, you removed that section from James Charles page. You said in the comments that we can’t put videos. Well what I wrote about is not a general video.
