Rules of Fools[edit]

Please be mindful of WP:FOOLR. 84.250.17.211 (talk) 14:06, 1 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@84.250.17.211: I think I've overdone it, haven't I? - pivotman319 (📫) 14:08, 1 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Alaska pollock revert[edit]

I would appreciate a reason for this revert. A tiny drawing where the fins are held in a way you would never see in life (likely painted after a dead specimen), compared to the much bigger photo that accurately shows how it looks in life. (to keep everything in one place, please add any possible replies here). Regards, 62.107.211.90 (talk) 10:37, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@62.107.211.90: I reverted this one by accident without reviewing it; I had a hefty load of vandalism to revert and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Happy editing, though! A simple reminder, though; I would recommend creating an account for yourself. - pivotman319 (📫) 17:08, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the reply. Mistakes happen, no problem. Happy editing to you, too. 62.107.211.90 (talk) 18:35, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Whale[edit]

Smash!

You've been squished by a whale!
Don't take this too seriously. Someone just wants to let you know you did something really silly.

No, I am not an admin. InvalidOS (talk) 17:36, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Tony Ricca 6/4/19[edit]

Hello. I just want to argue my changes to the wiki "Tony Ricca". Tony made this wiki himself and filled it with lies. He said he was inducted into the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2017 but there are no records from the Hall of Fame's wiki or the HoF itself. Same with him wrestling Hacksaw Jim Duggan. He was not approached by WWE in any form other than one enhancement job where he wasn't under contract. His only match with WWE was 2003 on their velocity brand. He was still not under contract. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.42.41.22 (talk) 17:40, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@69.42.41.22: Your edit(s) were regarded as vandalism. Please be mindful of Wikipedia's rules.
And no, it's not possible for a single man to have created over a million articles within the timeframe of 15 years.

Is this more constructive?[edit]

I made an edit on Linda Ikeji because I felt most of what she has ventured into wasn’t discussed, and the edits were undone because it was unconstructive. So I did a little editing. Is this better?

On 21 November 2016 on her blog she announced the launch of her online music and video platform on the domain name lindaikejimusic.com.

On 1st November of 2016 announced the launch of a social network, Linda Ikeji Social (LIS) that would compete with the likes of Facebook.

24 hours after its launch, almost 50, 000 users were on Linda Ikeji Social and over 86, 000 in six days. Over a year later she said; ‘But I just had to stop because I couldn’t upload pictures, I couldn’t upload videos. What then was the essence?’ Richard Edozie (talk) 17:44, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Richard Edozie: Judging by the edits, it doesn't seem like you've added a citation to any of them. When editing about a person in Wikipedia, please be sure to include any references/citations.
@Pivotman319: if I can make references, it will be okay? Although most of the reference I need to make has to be added personally by me, that can be done right? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Richard Edozie (talkcontribs) 18:06, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Richard Edozie: Kinda, yes. You'll need to link to a reliable source where it is clearly noted at best. - pivotman319 (📫) 18:14, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Pivotman319 okay, am about to first add the references. Thank You for clarifying this to me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Richard Edozie (talkcontribs) 18:16, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks[edit]

Thank you for undoing my edit to Aerial application. I guess I was sloppy and did not do it right. I just wanted to fix a spacing issue. I did it right this time. (I do have an account btw, just too lazy to login). 24.6.174.30 (talk) 17:31, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, and it is hard from the diff to see what I changed. There was the text "work long hours (10–12 hours a day)" and there was a missing space after the word "hours". 24.6.174.30 (talk) 17:33, 4 July 2019 (UTC
