As usual with professor articles, the sourcing could use some work. For example, researchgate/preprints are not considered a reliable source. And the professor's own articles are not considered to be very independent.

I am declining because most of the lead and biography sections are uncited. Because this is a WP:BLP, this kind of thing needs to be cited. Possible options are to cite that information to somewhere reliable such as a newspaper article, or to remove it. Then feel free to resubmit.
