The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Please cite your sources using footnotes. For instructions on how to do this, please see Referencing for beginners. Thank you.

The comment the reviewer left was:

For all biographies of living people, a high standard of referencing is required with all significant assertions needing to be appropriately supported by reliable sources (see WP:RS). However, portions of the subject's profile and the entire Awards section are devoid of inline citations (these also need to give substantial coverage of the subject, not just passing mentions). The bibliography needs to be appropriately formatted inline with the WP Manual of Style, and the External links section is currently a mass of bare URLs (prone to linkrot), and so should also be appropriately formatted. Both of these sections may include works that are reliable sources for citations.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:James Warren Felter and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
If you now believe the draft cannot meet Wikipedia's standards or do not wish to progress it further, you may request deletion.
